The room is built around comfort and business guest. Plenty of space available for discussion or just relaxing with family members at the common area with sofas. The room is just nicely designed with practicality in mind. The location is quite nice with fuel station next to it and a 24 by 7 convenience store across the road.

The parking space in front of the hotel is limited but you can always park at building across or next to it.

The room was very very clean and not smelly at all. Got tv, kettle, hair dryer and water heater and aircond functioning well. Plenty of plugs as well. No refrigerator inside the room but staff was so helpful and happily accommodate our request to keep in their refrigerator behind the counter at Ground floor. There’s common area at every floor with sofas and coffee tables. Good place for hanging out. The hotel is right in front of 7 eleven and next to petrol station. Very convenient for us when we suddenly hungry in the middle of the night. Lastly, staff are super friendly and helpful.

There’s no stairs to first and second floor but we were fully aware about this when we made the booking because it’s in the room description. Limited parking in front of hotel. You can park in front of other shops but need to re-park your car by 9.30am next morning. I’m fine with this as well bcs by that time, we’re already outside.

Simple, clean and it's easy to find. The location is great near some good shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful.

1. No lifts which is troublesome if we come with wheel-chair bound person, although it is mentioned in the description of the hotel. 2. Some of the room have no windows which make you feel rather claustrophobic.

I give high rate for it’s Cleanliness. The Chinese restaurant in located same shop row provided excellent dishes. We were quite unexpected as it’s our first time to stay in Raub. This suite basically is the combine of two rooms and quite spacious.

We booked a famiky suite and at 2nd floor(or Levep 3). Guess what? No lift! So very first time need to carry luggages to our room. No enough hanger at bathroom One of the doors’ lock of bathroom is damaged.

a very nice little hotel in Raub town, easily accessible along the main road. not noisy at all. there is a MacDonalds opposite the hotel. the hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and firm. free parking in front of the property.

The room is very comfy and clean. Despite of the cheap price for the room, it turns out to be very comfortable and I slept soundly for both nights. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is accessible since it’s very near with the centre. No need to worry about having super at midnight, everything is in walking distance. For sure i will be staying here again if i have work in raub.

Nope everything is perfect

The location is good. In front of Hotel have the 7-11 and petrol station just beside the hotel. My booking is the Family Room but because the previous guest smoke inside the room and too smelly, the hotel understand my requirement for family stay so they prepare 2 rooms for me to exchange.

No lift available in the hotel. For older guest need to climb staircase will be little not comfortable to them.

The vibe of the hotel, interior, bathroom,facilities and locations =excellent. We enjoyed our stay for 4days and 3nights. Water pressure is great and clean. The bathroom layout is very functional. Air condition worked great. Our room got an upgrade service request via the application. Staffs were polite and helpful. I would say yes to my next visit to Raub with this hotel. Great experience. Heads up to the management for the Qiblat signage for Muslims customers👍Foodpanda within the range area. Most of all the cleanliness=awesome.

Clean toilet! Sparkling clean. I prefer a room that has clean toilet cause that makes the hotel worth for a stay.Well arranged furniture in the room. A nice long mirror in the room so easy for me to do makeup.

Staff very nice, recommend to change room with the same price because my elderly mother cannot climb to higher floor. Just that it is an old building without lift but clean. Strategic place for shops and food.
