Initially, I was worried that the room would be stuffy as it was advertised as "no windows". But when we arrived, thankfully there was a window so it was a plus point. The location is quite conducive, as there is a cafe just beside the lobby and a mart nearby. Within 5-10 minutes of driving, you can find even more places to get food or necessities (e.g., Watson, Family Mart etc.).

Cleanliness of the room can be further improved. There were a few places a bit dusty and there was a small stain on the blanket. The security is slightly worrying as our room is located in the building just behind the lobby, so we have to the back alley. May not be very safe if you are alone and going back during late night as the alley is very dark.

Location is strategic. Just the parking a bit crowded as there is construction work there. Staff was kind to let me checkout about 15 minutes late without imposed additional fees.

Very friendly staff/owner. Easy to communicate and willing to help even through phone calling. Highly Recommended.

limited tv channel of Astro but its ok as long as tv in a good condition to use.

The room is comfortable for two of us. The room in Booking.com is exactly the same with the actual room. There are three places to hang clothes and others. There is also a chair and study table for students who wants to get away from home or hostel. The shower water was good. The room is too cold with aircond and fan. Overall I might repeat my stay here if I visit Tanjung Malim next time.

There will be no toiletries provided. And the salur getah water was so strong. Maybe owner can change the type of pipe used.

The sound from corridor was easily heard. People walking can be disturbing during sleep time.

comfortable. the room and toilet was super clean but the walls beed to be repainted. Hot shower can boil eggs😅. Water dispenser & Ironing facilities were provided outside the room. Easy processing.

The staff actually very friendly and good, the room is comfortable and clean. The facilities are good.

Need to add more person in charge of reception so there’s no hectic when check in.
