I had dinner at its cafe & the food was great. This is the second time stay here.

The toilet smell (most probably from the floor trap) & asked for connection room/next to each other. Somehow the reception mentioned supposed to contact they directly upon booking for room arrangement (which I felt it's just an excuse since stated earlier during online booking).

The receptionists were very nice... The room is as the picture shown in the description. The cafe also serves good food at a reasonable price.

There was a smell as soon as we entered the room. The toilet kinda smells. We can hear others from other rooms.

For this small town of Slim River, this is one of a better location, not too far from the Railway Station. It’s quiet and convenient for my purpose.

The sink at the bathroom leaks. Have feedback to the staff upon checking out.

Food, quiet, it was awesome that women checking us in did not speak English, but her 10 year old son spoke very good English

The bathroom. Seem like no clean up after the previous guest check out. The floor of the room feel got dust.

So far the cafe serve amazingly delicious dish.

I need to change my current room because of the not-functional sink and then to the new room / level is stink with paint smells / damp.

The room was really huge for the price

Can clean toilet more, under the blanket feels like dusty Air conditioner not cool enough Need heater and drinks for rhe room

Had water filter, easy to top up hot water thermos

Clean the floor properly and also under the bed before new customer enter the room

The mattress is comfortable, parking lot was super close. Quiet and peaceful.

Water pressure can be improved.

I like the service given by the staffs of the hotel! very friendly :)
