- Cleanliness needs improvement. The sink in the bathroom was quite dirty, and the room floor was dusty. - Consider upgrading the room by providing air conditioning. The weather in Fraser's Hill is not as cold as Cameron Highlands, which should not be an excuse for not providing air conditioning. – although the hotel does provide a fan upon request - The TV only allows access to YouTube; other channels are not available. - The price is not justified by the facilities provided.

New renovated room...

Booked a garden view room, but received a room with a semak view instead, and no balcony. The booking was for five adults in two rooms; the booking stated one room had a queen bed (for three adults) and the other had two single beds (for two adults). Due to a misunderstanding, an extra bed was requested, and while there was a RM100 charge, the manager kindly waived the fee. Alhamdulillah.

I understand the hotel is recently renovated. Bit more to improve on door lock of bathroom. Maybe because of cold weather, one of my friend stuck inside the toilet and someone have to push the door from outside to get it opened and should do it every time once finished using the toilet 😃. If staying alone just keep the bathroom door open 🥴.

The room was spotless, generously sized, and extremely comfortable, with a beautiful view of the golf course — just what I needed for a relaxing stay. I found out the hotel recently underwent a major renovation, and I’m happy to say our stay was well worth the money.

One of our rooms had an issue with the air conditioning, but fortunately, the hotel management promptly moved us to another room with the same view.

Newly refurbished hotel so the room was lovely with a huge comfy bed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and let me check in early as my room was ready. They arranged an early taxi for me as I had to get an early train. The hotel is close to the centre and all the sights are walkable.

No soap or shower gel in the bathroom but I think this was just an oversight as everything else was provided and I forgot to ask.

Firstime menginap di hotel with superb facilities. I dpt tingkat 1 but Its Okay still cantik view dari bilik. Tp bilik sangat selesa. Paling pelik tv sangat function ye… ahaha biasa I menginap kt hotel tv paling use less facilities. Sini tak keluar bilik pun takpe.. enjoy gila 👍🏻😂

Good comfortable hotel in a central location at Fraser's Hill. Clean, Good amenities. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Wi-fi is good in both rooms and central lobby (contra older reviews). Quiet and easy to relax. Nice view from the balcony. Good parking.

Corridor decor on the 3. floor is a bit old. Toilet flushing does not work well. Some hair in the shower.

I like the fresh air, relaxing environment, and cake with coffee there. I like the night scenery, thick mist, cold weather, and rainy nights. They make me feel comfortable and relaxed.

A certain section of the mountain road is quite dangerous. I suggest adding street lights to the dimly lit areas.

I dont know why people rate low for this hotel. But for me this hotel offers me a very comfortable and clean stay after a long journey. The staffs also very friendly even offered help to bring in my luggage. The location is very strategic to nearest cafe. The room is so clean and beautiful. I really enjoyed
