I had a good stay at Hotel Sri Malim. The amenities were basic but more than enough for my needs — towels were provided, although do note that there’s no shampoo, so bring your own. My room didn’t have any windows, but the lighting was bright enough that it didn’t feel too enclosed, so it wasn’t really an issue. The room and common areas were clean, which I really appreciated. Despite reading a few negative reviews before coming, I decided to stay here mainly because of the location, which is really convenient and close to UPSI. One of the best things about the location is that there are lots of food options nearby — from Malay-Thai to Chinese restaurants and even some western food choices. Very convenient if you don’t feel like driving far. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a smart TV in the room, which allowed me to connect to my Netflix — definitely a nice bonus! The staff were very nice and accommodating, which made the whole stay even more pleasant. In the end, I felt like I made the right choice staying here. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a simple, clean, and affordable place to stay near UPSI.

So many time stayed here. The friendly staffs made my day easier. Comfy and clean. Some more, we can extend our check out at a very cheap prices, rm5 per hour. Can request ground floor room if u hv heatlth problem.

May be the host can replace the stool by the chair that have back rest. It's because most of us doing works using computer and the chair with back rest much more comfortable than stool.

The location very strategic, u can easily get breakfast/lunch & dinner at hotel area. By walking around 2 3 min away from hotel. Parking no big issue. Staff very friendly, the Indian aunty offer to help me to carry my bag down to lobby. Toilet very spacious and clean ! Room also nice and clean. Very affordable with the price..

The property is in excellent condition and is clean. had a water treatment machine and an ironing facility. incredibly productive team. The water pressure was excellent, and the toilet is immaculate. Excellent value for the money.

Should provide iron in the room. Make it attach to the wall so guests cannot take anywhere. If hotel is afraid of losing it then take deposit n check the room before returning the deposit

The Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is nearer to eateries, Laundry and convenient stores. UPSI Old Campus is just across the road.

Maybe can add some hooks in the bathroom to hang towel or cloths.

The staff is amazing, very friendly, even the enviroment is safe and comfortable, the bathroom were clean and exceptional, overall, I would like to stay here and recommend this hotel to anyone that want to send their children to upsi

It is a good location and is nearest to the facilities.

The pillow and blanket are smelly. The management should change the pillow and blanket frequently and also send them to the dobby for heavy cleaning.

It’s difficult to find shop especially in the morning, even though there’s two shop nearby. Even morning also, most of the shop closed.

If need any toiletries or any things, quite difficult to find.

Good facilities and hygiene places.

Room setup and common facilities such as drinking water, iron, and cleanliness of common areas are well maintained.
