It's location - easy access to town and lots of F&B nearby. Room was very clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. It's always our preference to stay in Jelai when we travel to Raub.

Breakfast was disappointed. We used to look forward to breakfast, but this round was not to our liking, especially the beehoon. Quantity too little, lack of ingredients, and tasteless. Your nasi lemak used to be very tasty, and sambal was awesome. now it's just tasteless.

Hotel Jelai has transformed from a simple hotel to a very organised hotel, I have been staying here almost every year except the last 3 years due to COVID. Simple breakfast but very tasty ie. Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, Coffee and Tea.

They do not provide shampoo and toothbrushes, so please bring your own. I hope they will install a wall-mounted hanging hook in the toilet wall behind the door. The existing cloth rail is next to the shower therefore the location is not practical. We got a Bandaraya summon ticket at 8.30 am. Make sure you put up the parking ticket during the night, as the Bandaraya will come in the early morning. The counter did mention to us but she did not tell us where to get the parking ticket and it just slipped our mind after check-in.

- breakfast included (7am-10am) - have an elevator (oku friendly) - near town (can walk) - just an additional info. If checked on weekdays, you need to pay parking (8am-5pm) for rm0.40 per hour using a scratch coupon (can buy coupun at counter) - the parking lot just in front of the building and so many available parking

- the tv is not watchable, stuck for a minute and keep stuck then i just turn off the tv - the water pressure in the toilet is not so perfect but too slow - we can hear someone is walking although not passing our door - please prepare the room earlier before the customer checks in period. I checked in with our door open and the curtain uninstalled yet

The room is very clean. The mattress is well maintain and clean. Towel is exceptional clean for a budget hotel. The aircondition is functioning very well. The staff reminded us on the parking coupon during week days as the hotel does not provide free parking. Simple and good breakfast

Surrounding building is not condusive.

I had low expectations for a small hotel such as this. However, they've exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the premises ought to be a standard for other small hotels

Front door a bit loose.. Even though it's lock but feel abit insecure.. Otherwise basic amenities are ok

Very ideal location in town within walking distant to good restaurants , DIY , convenient store and launderette. Spacious room , cleenliness and staff helpfulness. A surprise welcome of complimentary but good simple breakfast.👍🏿

Water cooler not working. My confirmed booking was for a queen but was given twin room because they told me all queen rooms were fully taken when I arrived, cannot really understand it because I have a confirmed booking of a queen room.

Very worth the money. You got a twin bed room with a private toilet and it's less than 100RM per night. There's a window where you can look for village view.

We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast was the same. The worst is, sugar can and butter can were covered with ants. Ants crawling across the table and it seems not a disgusting problem to them

The aircon is functioning well. The shower heater also good...location is well enough. Many shop surround it

Plenty of convenience stores, restaurants nearby. Many parking space. Clean rooms. Will definitely come back again whenever we come back to hometown. Simple breakfast is provided but of course, first come first serve basis. We had home-cooked noodles, nasi lemak and sandwiches for breakfast.

Not sound proof, can hear people coughing at the room next door. But overall worth the price
