All the staf is very kind and very helpful with customer when the customer need help.. The owner of the hotel was very kind and never left us behind. This type of owner should be example for the others. The luxury of the hotel is not the matter, but if you stay at this hotel you can sleep peaceful like you sleep in your own house.. For the value, and the lack of other accommodations in the area, you get what you pay for. But the best part about staying there was the family who run the hotel. They are super nice and accommodating. They helped arrange last minute transport for me to Frasier's Hill and came and picked me up personally when i could not find a ride back the same day.

Room was not prepared with towels and toiletries. Had to go down to the reception to collect coz waited too long for the staff to bring it up. Renovation is taking place but it has been taking place for long...never ending story. Been here before. A child is also handling the customers which is not advisable and our messages were not given to the adults. power point is not strong enuf to hold the phone charger. So ended up phone was charged with little power..... Very disappointed.... One person handling the whole thing. Please take more staffs. Please replace your remotes and prepare the room before people check in rather than making them wait ..standing without a seat given...and there's no drinking water given too ... Dont aspect us to go n take frm lobby....its not easy to wlk up and down ...imagine ffrm.second floor ..

The guests at the hotel are quite noisy and the staff should advise to stay quiet when area at night and midnight time
