Location is perfect, service are literally perfect, cherry on top, extremely responsible (almost immediately, but a little slow sometimes), the view is nice,have enough keys, extremely clean (especially toilets and bathrooms)

Not sure why there's so many cockroaches after we switched on the lights(but they cleaned it up after we notified the owner), not enough accessories and utensils (such as microwave and drinking water aren't included),and maybe you can include a card holder?

I got a good deal and went for it. The location was really nice, though the view was facing the other hotel but it didn't bother me much. The room was surprisingly top notch clean and huge, for a solo traveller like me. There was a gym and heated swimming pool as well but insufficient time to explore. I will come again. Check in process was super easy and smooth too.

There was this stench of bad odour as you enter the room, suspect coming from the bathroom (which was also shining clean and dry).. I tried to switch on the exhaust fan but to no avail. And the aircond unit vibrates a little bit causing some disturbances at otherwise a very quiet and relaxed place. Oh, I needed the aircond to increase the room temperature as it was so chilly.

Mailbox light room very dimm very hard to find keylock room please change the good lamp...No chair avail in the room.No complimentary gives such as tea,coffee,sugar or creamer for guest to boiled the water for hot drink refreshment..No face towel availaible ..The best give is the good good price that Booking offer..Thanks Booking can book another trip in apps..next time..

Very comfortable room for 2 pax. Spacious, clean, nice view, good water pressure, good value for the money and lots of closet and counter space.

no make up mirror and area in the room. Food in the establishment are sub par for the price.

Everything, the off peak pricing, location, weather, facilities, comfort, free parking included, gym and swimming pool with warm water. Love them all.

Phone line and internet connectivity is poor, almost none. And no wifi as well. Toilet has a distinctive foul smell.

Idea to improve; put a memo of person in charge phone number, wifi and wifi passwords, reminder to put back card and keys in the mailbox, with shuttle services timing, price and where to get the shuttle

room was great.shuttle/mini bus provided from hotel to Skyworld Resort.

pot too small, wanted to boil our soup but the hot water from the small pot splashing all over the counter top.

The room is comfy. The bed is clean. It will be better if a chair is provided at the balcony.

It doesn't provide a toothbrush and toothpaste. The construction is very annoying... One of the lamps has no bulb.

Easy way to collect the key and access the room. Perfect place to visit Genting Highland. The weather was awesome.
