Room is big ,toilet necessity is good including hair dryer, mattress and pillow is very comfortable ,2 cards provided , air conditional is provided as well vs first world hotel- no such thing .Some restaurant and shops available .

2 issues for me , to get the key is very trouble some .Need to go thru 2 lift and some walking to get to lobby , everytime i need to exit from the bulding i need to go to lobby to validate my touch n go /credit card to get free parking .the balcony and the sliding door is not cleaned, felt very dusty on the balcony floor ,the sliding door is not in sparkling condition . Some other minor issue - 10-15 min drive to Genting Highlands , the road condition is not very good. Plenty of potholes here and there . The facilities door on my floors are ugly and does not give a good impression .

1. Location and view. Location is just nice, away from hustle, a bit far on the top but worth it. Our room is mountain view which is superb. 2. Easy and fast check in. Staff very helpful. 3. Sufficient number of restaurants, and have Mynews (convenient store) too. So not to worry to get your foods, they are all indoors.

1. A bit far to access to our Tower, we parked at Tower 7 not knowing how far to access to Tower 2 (check in) and ultimately to our room in Tower 4. We lost our way few times. Not enough signage to the Car park. We saw few people lost too on their way to car park which is marked P1-P5, but lift not showing the P sign, instead showing L2-L5. The difference in instructions made people confused. Hope someone read this and improve. We took nearly 20 mins to find our car park building and level.

Strategic location to theme park Nice environment.hotel staff are helpful and friendly.beds are comfortable. Value of money.

The rooms are dusty and moldy on the door and sofa surface.housekeeping should do a proper cleaning,perhaps to get a better cleaner to maintain the hotel standard.

It’s comfortable and a good stay for a night or two in Genting. This is our 3rd time here.

It was leaking underneath the sink and they should upkeep their units with regular pest control. It’s a shame if it deteriorates as I really like staying there.

The entire property is made of few different towers. The tower to park and check-in (including the place to stay) are different towers, however it's easily accessible. May not be the most convenient but it isn't too bad. The room is spacious for it's price and suitable for 2 pax. The kitchen isn't equipped to cook but standard items like kettle were available.

Grand Ion Delemen is at the top area (with SkyAvenue) but it's further in - the property is actually right next to Amber Court. It takes about 10 mins drive. The room had a weird smell which we suspect came from the sink. We informed the concierge and although they tried to spray/remove the odour, it was still there. Not too bad though. The room has 2 TVs and both are Astro-connected. It would be better if it was connected to a TV box/android system instead as there wasn't much shows to watch.

The location although a bit far from the main attraction but still good location. We love everything about the place.

Parking was a hassle since our room in Tower 4 and parking in Tower 7. We have kids and senior in our group.

Beautiful apartment. Easy check-in process. Great view. Everything is there. Free parking. Extraordinary climate. Value for the money.

The apartment comes with kitchenette, at least you guys need to keep some plates and utensils. Here there were completely nothing. In the pictures shown a fridge but in actual it was a small chiller. If you guys want to stay here, please bring your own plates, bowls and utensils. Some time, we just wana chill, eat at the balcony and enjoy the climate but unfortunately we cant able to that. Pretty hard when we have a baby. Seriously you guys need to look into this.

Overall, the experience was quite pleasant. The place is clean even though we went during a school holiday season, which means, a crowd. So despite the crowd, the place was still clean. I believe it is a challenge when there is a crowd. So I would say, good job for maintaining its cleanliness on such busy period.

I did not like the fact that my car is parked at another level, and my tower is at another level. But I guess it can't be helped. So I have to memorise, level 3 is for this, level 7 is for that. There were signages, but I did get pretty confused several times. The common area is the SkyBridge, Sky Garden. After a while, I forgot what is what and where is where.
