Service was very good. It feels like there was always a staff available to tend to guest. The staff on the ground was highly responsive and came quick to respond to our problems. Rooms looked new and were very clean. Multiple restaurants and convenience store available in the building so you don’t have to go far for a meal.

Would have liked if there were toiletries provided. The place can be a bit dodgy and navigating the place can be quite confusing as the layout is questionable. The sliding balcony door could not lock. I probably wouldn’t recommend to stay alone if you are a female..

The view was exceptional. It was located on the top, the best I'd say. Easily accessible and the host was very helpful. Key collection and return process was smooth and on time. Quite a number of facilities such as restaurants, bar, convenience store within the building. The unit was well kept, no weird or foul smell. Perfect place for a small group.

The bathroom could have been better or scrubbed a little. No foul smell but personally felt it could have been cleaned a little better. It was quite a bit of hassle to get from the parking to the unit as we had to change lifts etc.

Overall a comfortable stay with enough space for a 6-7 people. Self check-in process can be confusing for some, but as long as you follow the guide provided, you'll be fine. 2 sets of cards for lift, parking and room access are provided as well. The agent assisting for the stay was very helpful and attentive. Facilities are well equipped for a short stay - 24h shop in the lobby (pricey, a normal maggi cup costs RM8+ 😱), a MyNews convenience shop (priced a bit more than a normal shop, but still acceptable), some few other shops, a medium-size indoor pool with warm water, playground and restaurants. I can't tell about other facilities as I didn't visit them. Make sure to pack some food before coming, you can save some money for shopping at GPO 🤭. Meanwhile, in-room facilities like WiFi, water dispenser (hot & normal temp only), hairdryer, iron, microwave, induction cooker, cooking utensils, plates, mugs, towels, body gel and shampoo are all provided. The unit we stayed is on 21st floor, the view is facing a peaceful greenery hills and a dam, with a bit of the First World Hotel in sight. It sometimes gets foggy and sunny in just a matter of minutes. The beds and baths are clean, comfy and well maintained.

While the stay is comfortable and enjoyable, the living area was a bit dusty and felt a bit stuffy. Found dust on the floor sticking at my feet, and some on the sofa. The balcony and the windows are moldy (understand that the cold weather is the culprit here), but it should be cleaner since the cleaning fee was quite costly.

I did not have breakfast at ION, but I will try some other days. The ION was a nice place at night. There was a live band and nice food, and it was cool at night. It was great staying at ION. Going down to Genting took only less than 10 minutes.

When driving a car to the car park it needs to drive up and make a U-turn to the car park. The rest are nothing more to say about it. Hope there are more eateries restaurants at ION and shop to shop.

Love the complete cooking utensils with microwave, water dispenser, electric burner..they even provided a peeler..love the scenery it's beautiful..the direction from the host are very clear n detailed...provided with two sets of keys very convenient... additional towels, shampoo, body wash, handwash, dishwash extra mattress all complete..the water heater works really well..even the tap water heater works..overall I'm very satisfied with my stay... worth every penny.. very satisfied with the host hospitality..

The property had good interior and everything was comfy. We could make our own bites as they had kitchen with complete utensils and induction stove. The house was clean and they provided us with sandals to be worn in if its too cold which was helpful for us.

The property stated for 10 person but the beds were enough for 7 only. The rest had to sleep on couch and and on the floor with the futon mattress given.

The place is hospitable and clean. The cooking facility at t kitchen came in handy because eating out was a bit of a hassle because the foul weather and the expensive price of food at the eating facilities around the highland. We as a family brought our own food and cook em ourselves.

The weather is quite cold even if you don't turn on the air conditioner. Thanks a lot for the apartment for putting many pairs of slippers to be used while in the apartment. The floor was really cold.

The unit is quite spacious. Enough for a family of four to stay (2 adults and 2 children)

Smell from the toilet drainage too strong. The smell Overwhelmed the whole room. Quite uncomfortable. The owner needs to do something about it.

Loved the responsive hosts! They have clear instructions and it’s impossible to get lost… They are always reachable.

I loved the property. However, for just one night stay the cleaning charges were disappointing, not sure if it’s booking.com or the host.. so even when the place was going for a song I still paid a normal price per night…Please consider charging a more reasonable cleaning fee..
