The location of the place is quite near to the centre. And it has a slight view of the mountains. Although it is shielded by a building but it still provides us with a view and it is not too windy at the balcony. The space is ample, even for our large group. Everyone has a place to lie down as there were 2 queen beds that felt like king beds and one super single bed, plus several mattresses.

Not much. Maybe the eateries, they aren't many. So, 24-hour convenient stores were the next option. Also, maybe the pillows and blankets were not quite enough for a large group.

I have stayed this hotel for quite few times. The reasons I always choose this place are the competitive price and good property location. I always drive to Genting, so the distance is just suitable for me. The room is clean and car park ready. Nice host that allows us check-out at 1pm to avoid lift congestion and we will definitely stay with you again in the future!

I went to Genting for events and drove back to hotel at midnight, there was almost no car park when you back hotel at the midnight. You need back hotel by 11pm to make sure there is a parking spot for your car. Upon checkout, pls leave early than designated check-out time, else you will take forever to get your lift to the lobby although there are 6 lifts in the building.

Service was very good. It feels like there was always a staff available to tend to guest. The staff on the ground was highly responsive and came quick to respond to our problems. Rooms looked new and were very clean. Multiple restaurants and convenience store available in the building so you don’t have to go far for a meal.

Would have liked if there were toiletries provided. The place can be a bit dodgy and navigating the place can be quite confusing as the layout is questionable. The sliding balcony door could not lock. I probably wouldn’t recommend to stay alone if you are a female..

All was great really...the building was really clean and lively with all kinds of activities for the family...the heated swimming pool was the star of the show...my kids really enjoyed it...the unit that we got was big and clean with amazing view of the mountains...

maybe provide a broom for us to clean up the place a bit especially after we had our meal...but nothing much to complain about...all was really great..

The view was exceptional. It was located on the top, the best I'd say. Easily accessible and the host was very helpful. Key collection and return process was smooth and on time. Quite a number of facilities such as restaurants, bar, convenience store within the building. The unit was well kept, no weird or foul smell. Perfect place for a small group.

The bathroom could have been better or scrubbed a little. No foul smell but personally felt it could have been cleaned a little better. It was quite a bit of hassle to get from the parking to the unit as we had to change lifts etc.

Overall a comfortable stay with enough space for a 6-7 people. Self check-in process can be confusing for some, but as long as you follow the guide provided, you'll be fine. 2 sets of cards for lift, parking and room access are provided as well. The agent assisting for the stay was very helpful and attentive. Facilities are well equipped for a short stay - 24h shop in the lobby (pricey, a normal maggi cup costs RM8+ 😱), a MyNews convenience shop (priced a bit more than a normal shop, but still acceptable), some few other shops, a medium-size indoor pool with warm water, playground and restaurants. I can't tell about other facilities as I didn't visit them. Make sure to pack some food before coming, you can save some money for shopping at GPO 🤭. Meanwhile, in-room facilities like WiFi, water dispenser (hot & normal temp only), hairdryer, iron, microwave, induction cooker, cooking utensils, plates, mugs, towels, body gel and shampoo are all provided. The unit we stayed is on 21st floor, the view is facing a peaceful greenery hills and a dam, with a bit of the First World Hotel in sight. It sometimes gets foggy and sunny in just a matter of minutes. The beds and baths are clean, comfy and well maintained.

While the stay is comfortable and enjoyable, the living area was a bit dusty and felt a bit stuffy. Found dust on the floor sticking at my feet, and some on the sofa. The balcony and the windows are moldy (understand that the cold weather is the culprit here), but it should be cleaner since the cleaning fee was quite costly.

As a frequent traveler, I found this place to meet my expectations perfectly – clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Great location and facilities.

When we arrived, the floor was still a bit wet from mopping, so I ended up using the foot mat to help dry it. Also, the soap container could use some attention as the pump was missing, which made it a bit inconvenient to use. The hair dryer might also benefit from an upgrade, as it didn’t seem to function very well.

Everything is good..

I like the second room with 1 double bed PLUS AN ADDITIONAL of a single bed. Really convenient as downstairs at 7th floor has cafes & convenient shop. The unit is considered spacious although is 2 bedrooms unit.

I can’t find 2 futon beds in the master bedroom as per advertised. The food of the cafes is a bit expensive.

What i like most is very comfortable room, clean & cosy.

It’s just that when you first enter the apartment, there’s an unpleasant odor, as if the unit hasn’t been occupied for a while. I would suggest that the host arrive earlier to open the doors and balcony to air out the space, and perhaps use some room air fresheners
