Every thing was perfect. The staff in the reception (Mr. Nick and his colleagues) are so frindly. The room was clean and also daily cleaning service was good. The pool and other related services were good (gym and steam and sauna, also water playing area for kids). It was easy and fast to book car through grap from the hotel. There is a small grocery and Cafe in the hotel. I will book again in this hotel for my next visit. Thank you for every thing and hope to stay in such perfect condition.

The last time for hotel restaurant (halal food) with regards to request room service is 6 pm. It would be better to be at least 9 pm. It would be good idea to have small outside setting area to enjoy the weather.

About the car park fees. The reception said was free but it didn't. They scan my TnG already but when I went out it charged my TnG

My stay at Wyndham Genting was a positive one overall. The room was a major highlight—it felt new, was exceptionally clean, and had all the basics I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and it was great to find a Hard Rock Genting Highlands location right on the rooftop.

The only significant downside was the lifts. Despite there being six lifts in each building, getting one during peak hours was a real pain. We had to wait multiple times, and the lift seemed to stop at nearly every floor, which was quite annoying. It's something to be aware of if you're staying here.

Location was outstanding - it is a bit further away from the main bustle - but that is the uniqueness. Nestled in the clouds is an apt description as the hotel is at the tallest point in Genting. Transport in the form of taxis are plentiful and plus there is an hourly shuttle in both directions from the main Genting Highland hub. A distinct attraction is the Hard Rock cafe that serves good food and the band is enthralling

Minor glitches like noisy aircon drafts .

The new hotel has good beds, decent breakfast and beautiful views. The staff are cooperative and the checking in process is fairly quick with Genting Highlands Sky Avenue quick 10 mins drive. Room was clean, good sized and a beautiful balcony.

1. Hotel can have very loud guests in the late night, we had to complain since it was loud at 3AM. 2. The shower area is slippery and can be a major risk. 3. The room had a weird smell and it needs to go ASAP!

Great location and conveniently slightly away from the genting crowd. Clean rooms, friendly staff and sumptious breakfast. Would return again to Wyndham Ion if going genting.

Took the family room. Toilet size could have been built bigger. Kids wanted to try the heated indoor pool but was closed for maintainence.

The location was quite isolated. Very quiet and nice hill views. Very beautiful layout of the hotel. The room was comfortable enough for 5 person. The beds was good and comfortable.

There is some sewage smell from the toilet. The hotel breakfast needs improvement. Carpets at hall was dirty.

Spacious room and clean room. Appreciate the balcony and beautiful view. Like the kitchen top at the room side.

The road driving into the hotel needs more road signage. Weak data coverage but Wifi helped the situation. The bathroom hot water will diminish when taking shower. The sound proof is not good.

The location , facilities and buffet breakfast are superb.

The smell that come from the toilet. When we enter the room it is really has strong smell.
