so many tower to deal. Different tower to access parking, different tower to register check in, different tower to stay in. Not a senior citizen friendly hotel I guess.

We were really nervous about how our room would be after reading the many reviews but we were truly blessed. Ours was a balcony room and the view was amazing. The room was spacious and value for money. The shuttle services were available and easy to book. Best advice to book a day in advance. It was worth the stay. A 24/7 mart available at the hotel with a variety of items. Beyond the one thing that happened on Night 1, I would still recommend this place highly in the current period.

On the first night, the drainage seemed to be clogged and we tried to call the reception to solve the issue but the lines were engaged. We were staying at Tower 4 so I had to walk quite abit of distance to report the issue. About 15-20mins later, the maintenance came over to get it solved. The distance from Sky Avenue to the hotel was quite abit far and had alot of turns. People with motion sickness - maybe not a good idea to get it here haha. The grab rides from the app itself averaged about RM10-15 per trip but it was hard to get it in the morning around 9-10am and night, 9-10pm. During those periods, we couldn't get the shuttle services so we had to pay the premium price which was about RM40. So best advice once again, book in advance the shuttle services.

I have a good stay on the 27th floor of Tower 7. Everything is good. I request a high floor so I can see a good view. You can see fog up there but when the fog is gone, you'll see the construction building. The staff is very helpful in supporting my request. The pool is gorgeous but the water is very cold.

The room is non-soundproof. I can hear the noise from people who stayed next to my room. If you didn't drive a car, it's hard to book a grab to come up here but the hotel has a bus service every hour. It would be great if the hotel have a free shuttle but because they charged us 5 MYR per person per round.

Like the room design, room spacious and the mini convenience store. There are also shutter bus provided to travel to and fro First World every hour.

Some of the space currently is under construction. Thus the view are not that great and there are some construction smell. Breakfast variety seems to be limited, Coffee can be improved.

Very nice stay. We consider coming again. Good and tasty breakfast with many options, including vegetarian. Buffet style. Professional breakfast staff. The breakfast is in a big hall which can get noisy during peak hour. Very clean hotel and room (except for under the bed, yes I checked 😂). Overall clean bathroom, clean kitchen area and fridge. Working hair dryer. Hot water working. Free wifi but not stable for conference call. Almost epic view to Genting from our room.

Nothing much bad except for these minor details: Construction going on which kinda spoils the atmosphere although overall we still had a relaxing stay. Soundproofing is not the best. You could hear noise from upstairs. The facades and outside windows need a bit maintenance/cleaning. There is green and black mould growing. The hotel feels more like a serviced condo. Loose wall plug but still working.

The ease at which we could check in, the services provided and comfort

Our bathroom had no soap and that was an annoyance. Maybe overall they ought to pay a little more attention but not a deal breaker.

it would be rather inconvenient if you want to go up to the centre. but they do have shuttle bus timing catered for you.

was given a free upgrade to sister hotel - Wyndham Ion Majestic - was great stay - a bit last minute message was sent but okay as travelled with friend and we are flexible. However daily shuttle to resorts world genting cost RM7 per per person per trip

Check-in & Check-out were very smooth. Exceptional service staff, very responsive, kind & helpful. Shuttle bus service was fantastic, very smooth driving & considerate driver.

Facilities could be better maintained, for instance, some gym equipment was not in good, working condition. Indoor swimming pool should be heated, it was so cold to the point where it was unswimmable.

The shuttle Transportation provided to the sky avenue and friendly of team members is helpful for our staycation.

The location between room and lobby quite unstrategic which is confusing us for the first time visit, luckily we were assisted by one of the friendly and helpful team member Mr Iskandar for helping us to self room check-in and assist to the building where is our room located. Furthermore one of the lift at car park area L3 is not working. For the breakfast it's doesn't meet our expectation as its less variety of food choice, for example the textured of bread butter pudding and kuih bakar is hard. Somemore the bread corner only available one type of plain croissant and bread. Then the juice is the same only guava and orange available and only two type of fruits cutting serving daily.
