The Rooms was Compact and Neat. It had the Basic Requirements and was a perfect for a couple and a Kid. The Location was just perfect. You will not get any better room with this kind of location. All activities and Restaurants are within the same place. Awesome location.

The Check-in Process will take a long time. Though the Que is Long the Number of Staffs at the Check-in counter is less. If this is taken care of then all is good.

Able to early check in but with some payment (ours about rm5 - price from 12pm to 3pm if not mistaken). No need to go counter. Can do self check in at machine. But, if you need 2 room keys, make sure bring other family's /member's IC (above 18 years old only) . Need to be registered as 2nd guest of the room. It was at new tower. Better than our previous stay. In the room, had kettle, nescafe /tea and sugar/cream, 2 cups, mini fridge, safety box, 3 hangers, a tv (not so many channel) and ceiling fan. Drinking water machine outside room. I guess every level got it. Shower separate from toilet. Sink outside in between shower and toilet. Not a big room, just enough to put our small luggage. Manage to pray at some space. This hotel is easy access to sky avenue, indoor and skyworld. Easy checked out. Just put the card inside the machine.

Food and beverages are expensive.

The buffet add on RM28 for morning when we already done booking hotel.

I think is the food pricing. Especially cheaper food mostly need to queue up.

The hotel room is spacious which is a plus point for me and the location is convenient for me to move around in Genting Highlands, check in is through kiosk which is definitely more convenient for me compared to queuing up.

The fan, when turn on to power 1, looks like it wants to fall off the ceiling and i have to turn it to power 3 to stabilise it. Some of the kiosks are defective, especially when scanning the QR code, and I was lucky enough a staff saw that and told me to use another kiosk

Very convenient. Easy access to the indoor theme park

We got 2 rooms, Choose non-smoking room. Still smell cigarette. I tried to change my other room to non smoking but they said no room available so the smell was terrible. Suggest Genting consider 2 separate smoker and non smoker tower instead of smoker and non smoker floor in the same tower. The smell is bad. Think of all the young children, 2nd hand smoke is bad !

New hotel look at Tower 3. Super cool. Check In - Super Fast using Check-In Kiosk ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Check Out - Insert Card in the machine the just go ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In Door Theme Park (Skyrtopolis) - All games are open for rides & super cool. Except for 1 games closed Spin Crazy. Out Door Theme Park (SkyWorld) - many new games which is super cool. The 3D are cool will ride with spinning shows on screen, Except for Mad Ramp Peak & Samba Gliders still Closed Overall I rate 5 star for Hotel will visit again next year and hopefully all games at theme park are operations.

From First World Hotel to SkyWorld theme park abit far walking distance. Need to wall around 15minute to reach the main entrance of SkyWorld. Should open entrance near to Sky Avenue - F&B Genting, easier for customers to in & out.

Front office was excellent when we wanted to have our rooms changed from a twin to a deluxe. Location is great too considering all you have to do is take an escalator and you'll be in the mall. A lot of self help kiosk around the 1st floor so it's a lot more self sufficient

It's a little outdated which lends itself to feeling dark and dingy. For the rooms we paid for, we only got a view to an opposite wall which had other people staying as well. We can't have our curtains open unless we're OK with other people looking in. Buffet breakfast was not to our liking as there were too many people and everyone was just blocking the walk way. A larger arrangement would have been better

Overall fasciitis great. No comment ... Room too , great. .. Value well , no comment here. Pricing of goods in all outlets well , optional for willing buyers willing seller concept.

No daily room cleaning until we check out. Hope this could be reinstate back in material the room checks out or not. I understand GT wants to cut some costing here and RUBBISHED bin has no plastic bag.

The room was clean eventho theres no place to hang our towel in the bathroom. And the window is transparent so people outside can see us. The rrom have no aircond so we need to open the windows.

The check in was a bit hectic and not proper at all. Even we arrived late, the room still not available for us.

Overall was great. I love that they provide many kiosk fornself service ( but we do need to go to check in counter as the room is not available on check in time) Although the room were small but since you spent most of the time outside, i would say the location already compensate that.

As per the huge amount of the room, it took sometimes to wait for tue elevator
