In Japan, onsen are hot springs and the bathing facilities. this place is definitely a place like no other and bring japanese onsen to you! try them all, they have 5 different types and let me tell ya, its sooo worth it. You can even bring your little ones. Although, there are not many restaurants or kedai mamak close by. they do however have their own restaurant. kudos to Tracy, we love you! oh and The room is very clean big and comfy.

the hotel was a little bit hard to find. they are located right behind ion delemen hotel. you have to park in ion delemen hotel since their parking is limited. ( paid or valet)

Glad we booked this new onsen hotel. My booking did not include onsen pass so we top up RM 150/pax and it was a good decision. The onsen pools are uniquely designed with different features. Most importantly, water is hot enough for us to enjoy in such a cold weather. After the relaxing dip, we used the sauna and were served with a tea set in the lounge thereafter. These 2 hours were well spent to recharge our body after a long day in the theme park. Overall, it’s a refreshing attraction in Genting Highlands and it’s less than 10 mins drive from the main attraction, theme park etc. We will consider staying in this hotel again for our next visit.

Beautiful Onsen, a great place to relax after a long day. Room were spacious, tidy and clean. Check in and out was fast and easy. Loved that they have free minibar so we didn't have to go out to get snacks. Location of the hotel is very central and very easy to get around in Genting Highlands. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Genting.

Location of hotel is excellent! Easy to get around during our stay. Very nice and clean with a great view. Enjoyed soaking in the nicely decorated Onsen. Staff were really helpful in answering our inquiries.

I like that the snack bar was complimentary, The bed size suits my height(im 6 foot 3 inch) and the toilets are super clean and spacious. Scenery was good , Overall I am very happy with my stay with you guys. The Onsen and the service at the onsen bar was really comfortable.

The king size bed isn't truly a king size bed as it was put together with two smaller mattress. Would have loves it if it was a full king size bed.

Everything. The location is about 8-10mins bus ride away from the main location (sky avenue). Transport. Was very on time, if you book 10am slot for bus, please reach before 10am as bus will leave at 10am sharp. Hotel. Prefect, the staff were very friendly and helpful, everything is communicated through WhatsApp. Onsen. Great! Service was really good, most of the time the whole onsen was only just the both of us. Hair dryer, shampoo and body lotion all provided! Food. Most of the food close around 10pm, Thai food closes at 12am. Direction. Recommend to walk from the outside of building instead of going through the different towers. It might be confusing and the loft might take awhile! Hotel room. Great! Windows are able to be opened slightly to allow cold air and wind.

Sound proofing might not be the best, so please don’t scream in ur room.

100% the hospitality of the staff, the onsen!! This goes without saying. Chosed the hotel because of the unique onsen they offered, and my wife and I are beyond pleased with the experience. Gary and the team were extremely hospitable and were always there to serve with sincere smiles. Gary is extremely friendly and down to earth, and it just shows how he dedicated he is in his profession. The onsen was impeccable with various different pools to soak and immersed yourself in. Each one has a different temperature, and our favourite was the nano pool and the jacuzzi. Each onsen session lasted an hour, and following that, we were served with roasted green tea, some biscuits, and mochi. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfy enough for us to sleep in. Hotel provided a complimentary honeymoon decoration as I mentioned that we were there for our yearly honeymoon trip. And the complimentary gift was very thoughtful. Thank you so much. There is a water dispenser near the lift for us to refill our drinking water. Staff reached out to us to confirm bookings timely. Hotel provides shuttle service with 6rm fee each way to sky avenue every hour starting from 10am. This is helpful as the location is quite deep in.

Nothing that we don't like really. We had one of the best memories in The Yanné Hotel and can't wait to return with family and friends.

Friendly staff, clean room, spacious room bathroom, comfortable bed. The Onsen spring is very cosy, with several different tempratures to choose from is very suitable for cold climate.

The road leading to the hotel is winding, dark with no proper street lighting prone for accident. Hotel management should provide more staff for reception.

Not being told we will be having the onsen with other guests but thankfully they arrived late and we finished early. The onsen is quite a private venue and having complete strangers together without prior notice is unsettling.
