No wifi in room. Worst than 3rd world country. Bring shame to Genting resort with such a world renown resort.

Location was excellent, all shopping mall was interconnected and restaurants were conveniently located. Breakfast was ok and should consider more variety.

Cable car was not operational for the entire of our stay due to maintenance.

Great Hotel a great location with everything you could ever want close at hand... Amusement parks, shops, shops, and more shops, as well as endless food outlets. The scenery was amazing at that altitude

Communication with this Hotel having sent messages and emails before our stay was non-existent.

It was not out of choice to chose this hotel, but we thought it was the nearest to the children's rides but it takes alot of walking and getting lost to find places. There is no direction maps.

The instructions to find your hotel is back dated and changes has been made but no one update the directions , we got lost looking for our hotel from the Mall and restaurants and took us 2 hours of walking back and forth to finally find it. It seems that staff themselves do not even know which hotel is which, let alone giving directions. Some of them do not know but still send us walking to other directions just to get rid of us for standing in front of their work place! Reception area has alot of staff but non of them were very helpful. not trained properly nor able to help anyone.

The location of the hotel.

I tried to call and contact the hotel before arriving but no one answered. There are no instructions to how you can reach the hotel as I used the cable car and had to walk from the station to the hotel lobby. I reached 10 minutes before 3 pm check-in time and they said I have to pay extra money for early check-in or to wait up to 3:00 pm!!!. The room was clean, how ever it was old without Wi-Fi and without AC good that the weather was cool.

Booking dot com unable to do in one booking, 2 rooms of different types. Eg. I wish for 1 room to be 1 large bed, another room to be 2 single bed. I had to perform 2 bookings in order to do that. And upon check in the 2 single bed was fulfilled in one room, however, the other room was supposed to be 1 large bed was given 2 single bed... anyway was no big deal, it was important that we got at least 1 room with 2 single bed.

Rooms are spacious and toilets too. Wayyyyyy better than First World.

Carpet along corridor is a little worn. The exhaust behind where the windows are are noisy especially at night when you try to get some rest. No breakfast options so have to walk to Genting Hotel area to find food.

The room is spacious enough for 2 pax stay. Location wise is nearer to the old Genting area, slightly distant from Sky avenue. But still manageable to walk over. There is a 24hr mart at the lobby, convenient to get water and tidbits.

The weather in March/April is slightly warm. The rooms are not air conditioned, felted warm in the day.

The size of room. The room service n conceige service.

The room was moth infested. Not cooling anymore. Should start to install aircon for hot season due to weather change.

It was in the middle of the sky world theme park and in the middle of everything. They had self check in and check out which was the best. The room was clean.

The room was very small.
