We arrived late and was told that we had been upgraded, little did I know to the most amazing room with all the bells and whistles, absolutely amazing with our own shower that turns into a steam room in 10 min,. We also got a welcome teddy and fruit 🍓🍑 plater that was replenished the next day, I just wish we were staying for longer, the service and staff were the best I have experienced in a very long time.if you are staying in Genting Highlands this is probably one of the best.great comfortable bed and coffee making facilities etc etc

The bell services at the lobby is superb. they really treat the hotel guest with pride and dedicated in the work. bravo!

it took 40 mins to Q to check in and on the check out day, I found out that the suites package that I booked do not required to Q and have a separate counter for express check in! no staff available at the check in area to provide guidance or help to the customer, no clear indication or sign at the check in area to inform the guest which Q is the right one. so it was really one of the worst check in experience I had in my whole life after spending almost 500 nights in hotel. It was really not acceptable for the price that I pay for a suited package to experience this horrible check in experience!

lovely stay, great room and facility

trainees could have been trained to understand better as I was told that there is no booking under my name upon being guided to the self-check in. and was guided to bag deposit when we asked where we can get the refund on the deposit. the tone from the trainee kind of ruin our day.

Location is amazing and hotel in big mall room is quite and clean

Breakfast since is semi buffet style, choices were not that great. Could have provide with a full buffet style. Taste is overall good.

The parking at the hotel premise, the cashless system was down. Had a little hiccup during the entrance and exit at carpark.

The suite was comfortable and of a good size. Was conveniently located. in room facilities were great.

The breakfast was a poor substitute for this good a property. Room Service was non-existent.

The location and the view is amazing, you can go to the mall and cable cars to the outlet and Chinese temple easily.
