-room design and facilities are excellent and new. -check out and check in was smooth -the place has shuttle bus to genting theme.park -comfortable room with everything you need inside

-the hotel shuttle bus should be prebooked, otherwise maybe you will have to use. -the view feom balcony is on the backside, but it is not problem because nature was outdoors. - towels could have been better

We loved this place. Enjoyed our two days stay here. It was cozy and clean. In the room you will find almost everything you need. Small-small items like, spoon, forks, tissues, sanitary pads, iron facility, safe box, sofa, table and working chair etc makes it really worth it. Host was on whatsapp available all the time and ready to respond. The caretaker Mr. Karim as kind and generous.

The only thing I didn't like was lack of convenience store, restaurants where you can find vegetarian food. There is Indian Restaurant on the 1st floor of this tower 2 but they have strange arrangements. Sometime they only offer buffet, which was very expensive. On the ground floor there is MyNews.com store where you can find necessary eatables.

The communication from the host was clear, we had requested early check-in and the host and cleaner managed to provide a ready room in time. There is construction ongoing but the twin room apartment still has nice view with clouds coming in sometimes. The location is a bit off from Genting highlands but there is a shuttle service from Ion Delemen and Taxi service too.

I don't know if it was booking.com problem but I had booked a Twin Room Apartment and the booking assigned was a single room apartment. We had to talk to the host on this which involved us getting the twin room apartment a little late. Don't know how this problem was created. Ultimately managed to sort it out with the host.

Overall, it was a good experience. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and all requests via WhatsApp were handled smoothly.

Getting there might not be easy if you rely on Google Maps or the Grab app. Instead, search for the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel. It's not exactly a serviced apartment as there are no kitchen facilities. The small balcony and tiny windows might not match the spacious images you've seen on the website.

The room has many necessities(food, shampoo, towel etc) and the bed, toilet and sofa is clean. The person who is in charge of our room and keys is very helpful and provided us a lot of information on the room. One of the information was how to reach the room from the parking.

Excellent Location.. Just few kilo meters away from Genting Park... 24 hours mart available.. Mainly indian restaurant opened recently in that property which really helped for daily dinner during our stay... My son enjoyed in the heated swimming pool....

No fault of the host. Needed more lifts especially to cater for the crowds during holiday period. Luckily, the unit is not too high so was able to use the stairs.

There are some street dogs that make some noise during the night but i suppose that’s part of staying at the mountains, so 10/10 for me😁
