Great location with amenities nearby

If you drive, you need to call them before you drive out and sometimes the reception is too busy so you have to go to reception and Q to wait for your time before telling them you plate number.

Breakfast was good. View is good. Value for money. Basically if you stay here, you gotta have the expectation that you'll either be driving up to Genting itself or grabbing/taxiing up. It's a very good place to stay away from the crowd as it's not directly below the shophouses but that itself can be a disadvantage to some. There's a small grocery shop for us to buy room tidbits as well as a myanmese massage on lvl 3 lobby which exceeded my expectations.

Key collection is confusing because even the guards did not know where to point us to as there are multiple check-in counters understandably so because there're multiple property holders running the huge building. Location isn't that suited for walking - it's possible to walk to the shops but will take a bit of time and traffic can be a hazard as well.

This unit is managed by Swiss Garden. Stayed during school holidays (weekdays) worth booking for 2 nites. It's a 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom, a living room and kitchen with utilities. Suggest a table and chair at the balcony. The receptionist and the staff are friendly. You can use the sauna after dip in the swimming pool. The staff and the cleaners at swimming pool also very helpful and friendly. It's located at Goh Thong town. There are nearby restaurants (Chinese, malay & Indian muslim). Fo around that area before you choose the restaurant to eat. Otherwise you end up with restaurant with lousy food. There is 99 speed mart, KK mart. Either you can walk or drive there. There is indian restaurant, but it's 10 minutes drive Also there are shuttle from Swiss Garden lobby to Premium outlet or Genting skyway base 2 trip daily at 10.00am & 1.00pm And from Skywsy base at 10.30am & 1.30pm RM10 one way per person Free car parking Easy to get grab from Swiss Garden

Only way to communicate with property is by landline. I called a few times after booked the unit to get more information. Only time i can get thrm.online from 9.00am to 4.30pm and during weekdays only. There are too many guest in swimming pool. The waiting time for lift is too long. It's basically during school holiday....so no comments. Just an information for others. No clear information on the parking lot. Because Swiss Garden parking is with pink colour lines and if the parking lot is full at 1st block, you still can go to another block and look for pink colour line on the wall. The luggage storage after checking out is chargeable. It's RM2 for an hour for a luggage.

Everything perfect. Recommended and will recommend to anyone who wants accommodation in Genting Highland. Lots of variety on breakfast. Suitable for any age group. Nasi Lemak with Chicken, Roti canal with Dal Curry Noodles, bread, eggs pastry, Kuih, Tea coffee, Juice, English Breakfast, Cornflakes and many more.

A bit annoying when going out somewhere by car from the parking area. . The receptionist takes our car details and asks us to call '2' from the room phone if we want to going out somewhere but no answerable when call.. When we arrive at the exit point, the barrier is not open. The security guard opened the barrier for us and advised us to call 03...... next time. The next day when we call the number, it is still not answerable. When arrive at the exit, the barrier was not open and I got yelled by the Malay Security guard. It's truly embarrassing. Suggestion: Maybe the visitors can be provided with a card for parking. . Be careful with the toilet floor. Slippery.

The room at Genting Windmill Homestay was spacious and ideal for a family stay. The room service was excellent, and the location was highly convenient, with numerous dining options available in the vicinity. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficiently managed.

The TV channels tend to repeat the same movies frequently. It would be a great enhancement if the TV supported streaming platforms such as Netflix and Prime Video. Additionally, enabling screen casting from mobile devices would significantly improve the viewing experience.

The location is just nice.. the management is by swiss garden hotel easy to check in check out and easy to leave your keycard at receptionist.. Location area easy to book grab to go to theme park area..

Suggestion to management to change the iron bcs its not working properly, cannot adjust the temperature and the steam is not working.. Host did not provide basic amenities (toothbrush, showercap etc) only shower gel is provided. The blind at the kitchen area is see through and can see people inside unit. Please change to black out blind. The lift provided is 6-8 unit but need to wait quite long during peak hrs bcs the building did not divide it into high rise and low rise level.

Absolutely amazing stay in Genting Highlands. Recommended! Cozy apartments, silent with awesome view and complimentary buffet breakfast. Free access to gym and rooftop pool. Very welcoming personnel during check in.

I loved everything. My only concern was that Grab taxis are not likely to pick you up from the hotel and drive you to the cable car and back. We had a struggle a lot. (But it's not a hotel problem, but the place itself) However, the hotel offered to us the shuttle bus for a fee, but at least we could do what we came for.

Great breakfast. Nice buffet with tons of options. Beautiful cold gym at top (40th) floor with clouds passing by as you workout. The room was big comfortable and everything and anything i needed was available. From dryer and washing machine to disposable slippers and everything. The bed was comfy. The hot water was nice. The bathroom was nice. Everything was so so cool. Very accommodating staff and when i checked out and realised i may have lost something, they made their staff check and properly informed me accordingly and i loved that.

No bathroom slippers. No toothpaste or similar amenities. You need to call the lobby from the provided phone and tell em your leaving if u have a car cuz they need to know your license plate number to open the parking gate thingy. You may hear some construction noises but honestly its mostly in the late morning and afternoon an in a few months or whatever it'll be fine. The roti canai was a bit funky and felt like it was just frozen paratha but other than that the food was toppp. The directions are a but confusing. Like going from lobby to buffet or room etc might be a lil strange at first but just keep walking straight and you'll see a sign guiding you.

Very good location within easy walk to shops and many different local eating options. Good wifi. Good breakfast - not crowded. Very nice rooftop swimming pool. Beautiful views from the rooftop and rooms.

The bathrooms were not stocked with much soap or any shampoo / conditioner. I walked to local shops to buy soap and fortunately we had already bought shampoo in KL. You need to take your own towels to the pool - there are none there to borrow (again, we had been to a water park in KL earlier so had bought swimming towels there we could use). Also there are no deckchairs or tables around the rooftop pool. You have to sit on concrete blocks which kind of ruins the otherwise serene experience of the facility. There is also a lot of construction going on in and around the area - but not much the hotel can do about this. The rooms are soundproofed as much as possible but the noise still comes through during the day.
