The apartment is very comfortable. I stayed on level 20, and the view was really beautiful and cool. My kids really enjoyed staying there. If possible, it would be great if sachets of Nescafe or coffee could be provided. As for the lift usage, it took quite a while due to peak hours (check-out time). Other than that, everything was very satisfying. A deposit of RM200 is required, and the host will refund it after check-out.

The swimming pool is heated 24/7 early open 7am-10pm Amazing pool where the weather is a bit chilly!! Would defintely be there again. Food places walking distance, next to main road to KL/Genting Only cons is the vehicle noises with loud exhaust pipes with cars and motorbikes can be heard up to 2-3am in the morning inside the apartment!!

Clean and tidy room ready as we checked in. My daughter and hubby enjoyed the the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Facilities is well maintained and clean as there were cleaners who cleaned the area quite frequently despite many visitors at the swing pool to ensure floor is not wet and slippery.

Slightly inconvenient to obtain the key from the mailbox as there are limited parking lot. Should consider to have kind of drive through concept if possible

The lift take time to reach our floor.Yet we had to choose stairs from level 19 to 7 to take our car. Please have 'kiblat' direction for you muslim customer.

The swimming pool at property

The lift service…very congested and frustrated when to wait about 45 until get the lift.At the same,2 of 6 lift accidentally out of service.

Nice condo, nice view. Comfy and spacious room. Cooking utensils and steamboat pot provided. Extra futon provided.

Lousy washer cum dryer, clothes can't dry at all. I hv to bring to nearby laundry shop to get my clothes dry.

Clean, well-kept apartment. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and convenient shops.

Quite a driving distance to and fro from Genting Highlands. A long waiting time for the lifts especially during check-out time.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, facilities are great. WiFi available.

Perhaps to add chairs / table at the balcony so the guest can enjoy the cool breezing air with hot coffee / tea.

Host Ms N was hospitable and responsive.

Level 40 sky deck was close for maintenance, overall, the staying experience was great.

The staff name ( Nabila ) is very helpful and whatever we ask something she was respond fast. The apartment is very clean . Hopefully we will come again .
