The main menu of food in the cafe provided does not meet the taste. Mineral water is not provided in the room, self-service takes water from the machine outside. Housekeeping is too slow to clean the room, until 5pm the room has still not been cleaned. The sleeping pillow is hard and uncomfortable. The room is too cold even though the air conditioner has been switched off overnight, but it still feels cold. Does not provide room service for ordering food.

The hotel is beautiful, and nice environment. staffs are nice, explain very well to us during stay. there is shuttle to GPO outlet (for shopping and cable car) and to the peak of Genting, which charge per head as transportation. The road to the hotel is extremely dangerous at night, very dark and bumpy, need to extra careful at night. if rain also will cause pothole. The breakfast are great with spacious area and variety of food. But dont expect the good view as the building surround with non complete construction. Room are Ok, very nice but the view arent something nice to see, there is construction by the next hotel which yet complete. But no sound of work as well, not sure what is it for. Nevertheless, the equipment are great to use. The room are very cold, especially during rain. Maybe its good if they can provide some carpet to ensure our foot not freezing. Toilet are medium clean, perhaps can improve better.

The check-in and check out process were smooth. When I arrived, there were 3 counters open for check-in process and and at least 2 staff standby around the lobby to help you out, offer to bring your luggage to the room. I booked quadriple room (2 adults 2 kids below 12), I was surprised all the amenities comes in 4 set (4 towels, 4 cups, 4 sets of toiletries, 4 in room slippers, etc). I used to stay at 4 star hotel and more expensive ones, even they didn't provide such amenities unless upon request. So, that's something I really appreciate! On top of that, I like the fact that they didn't provide drinking water in the room, but they have 2 jugs and water filter station just near the room, so guests can fill up the jugs whenever they like, at the same time practice sustainability environment, I think that is amazing and brilliant idea! Facilities top notch, they have big swimming pool suitable for kids and adults, gym, kids playground, a cafe next to the pool and mini mart. The pool actually shared facilities with condo next to the hotel and there's a guard on duty to watch over the pool area. I read many people commented, the guard was rude and not friendly, that's not true, the Indian uncle guard totally okay with us. He did pointed out to guests who entered the pool without proper swimming attire, and I think that's not rude. He just do his job and I think it's basic knowledge when you enter any swimming pool, you must wear proper attire. Pls don't wear tshirt! I even even wore a swimming hijab to cover my hair, not some shawl or any hijab. Lastly, I like the most is the breakfast buffet spread. Wide range of bread, pastry, noodles selection, salads, nasi lemak, roti canai, cereals, porridge, fruits, you name it! Overall, I really enjoyed staying at Scapes Hotel. For the price I paid, exceeded my expectations, totally worth it. And I definitely will recommend to my friends if they want to stay at Genting Highlands!

Really impressed with the hotel! The breakfast had so many tasty options, something for everyone. Plus, the place is brand new with modern, top-notch facilities. Super comfortable and definitely worth the stay!

One thing that could be improved is the entrance arrangement. The hotel shares the same entrance with the residential area, and the guard took quite a long time to screen cars entering the residential side, even for hotel guests. It would be better if a more efficient system is put in place, as this process doesn’t directly involve hotel visitors and can affect the overall guest experience.

Everything - from the clean room - clean breakfast dining --- everytime we r done w certain meal, they will cleanup asap so that we can explore more food option. We love the filtered water just outside our room --- clean water superb care n concern The location is 15 mins away from so ever busy first world hotel and theme park. But i would rather stay at scapes as i dont like busy crowd. Easy booking of grab to and fro gpo or first world. Checkin late at 9pm and the staff explain clearly w good service and fast. Theres a view of cloud in the morning too from our room Felt so cosy and at home while staying 2 nights. Recommended 100% affordable pricing.

First time staying at the hotel, overall satisfied with the room and its amenities.. Breakfast is good, there is a convenience store at the ground floor & opens until late night at 2am, free & ample parking spaces, the room is spacious with comfi bed/pillows, excellent shower water pressure and excellent WIFI.

1. Stayed in 9th floor (903), the corridor has unpleasant smell, highly recommended to equip with frangrance or aromatherapeutic oil/incense stick so it is pleasant for the tenant to walk from the lift to the room. 2. Toilet sink might be clogged, water very slow to drain. 3. Limited TV channels with local stations only. Hope could subscribe to Astro/international channels - movie, sports, news, documentary.

the breakfast is OK, but can be improved with more variations and style. add more variation on patisseries and can add small cakes. i loved that they give extra hand towels and with hotel slippers. the toilet sinks and showers are the best i've ever used in any hotels. keep up with the good amenities !

experiencing cold tiles in hotel bedroom is not appropriate in cold environment. please upgrade the bedroom with carpets. for cleanliness, we saw several hair strands on the couch! plus, though it's not Scapes hotel fault, but we were disappointed with potholes, mud, and damages on the road towards the hotel due to surrounding constructions. it's a bit scary to drive at night too as there are no lamp poles along the road.

The construction nearby

The hotel is located slightly deeper from the main road where the shops are. Walking to the main road maybe not advised especially at night as it is far and dark. Good if u have your own transportation. This place is near to the premium outlet / cable car.Shuttle services to the cable care is available from the hotel but it is RM30/ride. The room was very clean and well equipped with all the basic amenities such kettle,iron, hair dryer, personal care items etc.The TV has basic local channels… when I checked in the hand bidet was leaking badly and when I informed the staff they quickly got it fixed and even gave me a complimentary fruit platter for the hassle. Check in and out was smooth. The Wifi was good. We had a conference in the mezzanine level. Medium sized hall with good lighting and maintenance.

The room was clean, bright, and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a good variety, and the overall experience was great value for money. The staff were accommodating and helpful with our requests. Free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, and the view from the rooms was excellent.

The location was a bit remote, with the road leading to the hotel still under construction, making it bumpy. We managed to get a Grab to the Awana Cable Car Station, but the access could be better. The toilet had no lock, which may be acceptable since we know each other, though adding a lock would be an improvement. The walls were a bit thin, so outside noise occasionally disturbed sleep.
