I wanted to let you know that the bathroom sink and shower was clogged and not draining properly. I hope this can be fixed for future guests. In addition, I also noticed quite a few ants in the wall area between kitchen and bathroom which was a bit unpleasant. Thank you for your attention.

It is quite easy to collect the key. Just refer to the gmail and follow every step. They will direct you to the right place. The receptionist also quite friendly and ready to help. Parking is only beside the check in places.

If possible, can extend the check out period to 12pm. Check out later than 11.00am charges for RM50 and some more the lift need to wait so long. If possible, try to extend the check out period to 12pm.

1) Checking in was ok- need to find a proper place to park the car (perhaps allow to park into the building first to allow a more comfortable check-in) 2) The receptionist was friendly but could not help with the request (see below).

1) Requests were made to be on the same floor and revert was it would be decided on the day of checking in. Upon checking in - no same floor was available and I was informed that there were NO same floor rooms, to begin with (which was not told earlier when asked - can refer to communication between me & host). 2) Room door keys for both units - one key worked, one did not. 3) Bathroom sinks at both units - blocked up easily (not checked before arrival of guests) 4) The fire alarm kept ringing around 1 - 2 am (intermittently throughout) and the people above my 13A unit were dragging and moving furniture from 11 pm until 1 am.

Apartment is spacious, kitchen is well equipped, beds are nice and clean, water heater is functioning. I see families enjoying the heated pool at the top floor. Ample parking lots on several floors. Easily accessible to food eateries, convenient store & Watson where I managed to get a btl of children Panadol for emergency use.

Bathrooms were not very clean so I had to wash all before using but unfortunately there was no proper brush or broom or mop to dry. It would have been better if the shower area is partitioned so that the other section can be kept dry.

Cleanliness.

Suggest management to ease check-in process. We reached 2.46pm (no customer), staffs could have eased anticipated bottle neck and facilitate the check in early as long as room ready.. instead, they asked us to come back at 3.00pm. We had to exit building, come back and find park again.. later after queue 45 minutes, only about 4pm +only can get key.

Awesome place. Awesome facilities. Many cheaper option restaurants around the area. Very close to skyworld and genting attractions, about 20 mins drive, 10 mins to GPO.

The place has a weird vibe to it, as if almost haunted. Hearing weird noises during the night and stuff falling in the room for no reason, no wind no shaking. Myself and wife could not get proper sleep from the constant noise and negative vibe.

I recently stayed at Windmill Upon Hills, Malaysia, and it was an amazing experience for my family. We had a spacious 2-bedroom apartment that came with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. I purposely booked a unit that has kitchen facilities, cause i wanna cook. All of the stuff can be use. Stove function well, knife, fridge, microwave all well. Got iron & hairdryer also. Soap shampoo, dish wash & hand wash all perfect. Check in smooth, staff helpful. I am satisfied!

I just dont like the tv channel. If it can connect with netflix it will be nice. Usually i dont bother bout the tv. But this time i wanna stay for some rest, all day at the room so i expected i will binge watching using tv in the room. Given free movie but dont have much choice. But thats okay. Everything nice and perfect. If you dont bother for the channel that will be nice.

The unit I had was good. Unit is very clean and comfortable to stay. Kitchen utensils are sufficient. Alif is a great staff. Very helpful and answered all questions accordingly. Management, please take note on his capabilities.

There was no prior info on online booking that the pool was under maintenance. My sole decision to stay there was the pool. I booked for 3 nites and I was very disappointed. I asked for a quiet, with hills view and away from from construction noise in my booking remark BUT I was given the room that did not meet all those criterias! What is the purpose of remarks column then? It was a weekday booking and occupancy was low on top of that! I had to pay extra and change room! Management could hv uograded FOC as occupancy was so low! Reception needs to be trained on basic frontline courtesies such as greetings, handling questions and bidding farewell.
