the apartment was as published and it is a lovely 2 bed room nicely furnished apartment with lovely views to the hills. the roof top pool is truly amazing with fabulous views and even heated. there are plenty of Chinese restaurants to eat around the area.

the check in procedure (like in so many such apartments) needs about 20mins time to watch videos and read everything. likewise for the parking and then check out where you even have to take out the rubbish bin yourself. never had that ever before in 40years of travelling the world. The lift once was broken and so was the wifi and I got badly bitten overnight by something, but those things are not the hosts fault and the manager was very lovely and helpful through Whatsapp to assist me with all those problems. I would stay again as it is a lovely apartment!

- Messy check in. Staff make whatsapp group, put lot of things to read, watch youtube and ask to pay RM200 for the deposit immedietly before giving us the key code. Keep on spamming and calling until we pay for the deposit eventho my husb said, “wait. im driving”. I think the deposit itself is not mentioned during the booking here. - The towel is not good. Thin and in poor condition - No neflix. Bored at night.

It was clean and spacious. I like that the two bedrooms have their own bathroom.

Nothing really. Tips to check out during peak hours (if your unit is near level 8) go down by stairs until lvl 8 and take the car park lift to go to your car.

Maybe next time can inform again with guest there is no providing air con but luckily at genting highland still quite cold. Becoz normally we will thot that the air con are provided

It was very spacious and clean. The rooftop was top notch, sadly didn’t have too much time to spend there. Everything ended up going well for us.

It’s a little far away from the cable car stop to get anywhere (5km). Walking is not an option, we tried to walk but there’s no roads for that. Grab application doesn’t have enough drivers so getting a taxi is hard. I would recommend rather booking near the Premium Outlet, so you can walk to the cable car to get up to the Genting Highlands. They threaten you by fines on about everything. (not doing dishes, not taking the trash out etc.) I don’t like to feel threatened financially when on holiday. Check in is confusing, you need to do it by yourself and deposit 200RM to a bank account. You cant do that if you don’t have a Malaysian bank or some weird transfer app. Prepare to do a cash deposit.

The view was mind-blowing. I really loved the peacefulness, mountain view and the entire place. Well, Windmill upon hills is not my first stay. I usually stay at Windwill whenever I planned a Staycation at Genting.

The cleanliness of the room could be better. Could have provided broom and dustpan at the stay so that we could atleast sweep and keep clean also. There were some dirty stains in the bathroom tiles and also the curtain in the bathroom was totally dirty. Even some of the cooking pan also was not clean. It looks like it has been used for a long time.

It’s a very big and comfortable unit in a beautiful and well maintained building. Beds and pillows were comfortable as well.. Hot water works well too.. Facilities were great though we didn’t utilize them this time due to time constraints.. Balcony directly facing Genting with great night view.. Check-in and check-out was guided and easy.. Very near to GPO..

Bathrooms were clean but the floor tiles are a little slippery, occupants especially with young children or elderly ought to be vigilant while in toilet.. Would also like to recommend for host to put corner guards on the kitchen table corners as my son grazed his head against it and caused a wound.. It would be also be great if host could provide some facial tissue..

Getting the keys, checking in and out was a breeze with clear instructions (via WhatsApp n videos) from Jaz Homes. The team at Jaz Homes was professional and provide good support.

We were there in early Feb and the weather was chilly. There's no hot water tap at the wash basin and only had hot water in the rain shower. Found the bathroom too cold to shower without a hand held shower cos rain water shower not so convenient to use.

The master bedroom has double queen bed..

Location wise it was perfect and came with a nice overlook of the Highlands. Beds were comfortable and facilities were a bonus addon. Check in and out was a breeze and the staff were prompt and courteous. There were many house rules but nothing that hindered us from enjoying the place.

Curtains were dirty and the towels smell musty. The master bedroom reeks of cigarettes when we checked in despite being non smoking was a minus point having children travelling with us. Walls must be really thin as we can hear everything from the units surrounding us.
