1. Not really mountain view, our unit view was facing construction site but noise is tolerable 2. Long wait for the lift every time in and exit of the units especially occupancy is high 3. Our stay, hot water lasted only for 10 mins and in 1 bathroom, the other room, water was chill. Also, bad odour from the one of the bathroom, perhaps coming from the toilet bowl 4. Though they had water filter, when water filled into the mug, they were few insects in it, we opted for mineral water. 5. Despite all these, it didn't smash our fun trip with family

The view of the mountain was amazing. The calmness of the place is really something special for the mind, soul and body. Though it was a short stay, we enjoyed it so much.

The temperature in the bunk bed room was a bit high. There was no air conditioning which was really missing in the apartment.

Location was awesome. short drive to a lot of good food. First time exploring the middle of the mountain.

There could have been more powerpoints and fans. especially the room with the double decker bed. after plugging in the fan there's not enough plugs to charge the phones. the ceiling fan was a little spoilt and it couldn't really blow towards the bed.

Great location on the mid-hill of Genting. Near to the more affordable eateries around Gohtong Jaya, and easy access to the attractions on the highlands. Far away from the traffic noise off the main road. Apartment is well equipped and generally comfortable. No air-conditioning but didn't matter at all given Genting's cooling weather. Host had a nice touch with the Christmas deco and complimentary toiletries.

Nothing too significant.. Perhaps having some floor rugs inside the bathroom will be helpful for the chilly nights. The upper deck of the bunk bed could be better vaccumed as it was a little bit dusty. Pillows could be firmer.

Location was very convenient to access to nearby shops and eateries. Since location is situated away from the prime location for tourists, the prices were very reasonable than the main attraction area.

The wait for the lift to arrive in the premise was too long. Best suggestion would be to leave before peak time for lesser waiting time. Transportation was also not favourable for us, but that could be due to the recent mishap (Landslide) in Genting. Best suggestion is to make prior arrangements with host if possible.

The space is big! Clean and tidy We didn't use the kitchen, but completed with microwave! Lift is good. Not packed as we went on weekdays. Love the ambience Location is okay, nearby GPO so we parked there to take gondola to the themepark.

A few things that I already talked to the owner. - the faucets for sink and master bedroom bathroom was leaking - master bedroom's toilet bowl, the flushing was sooooo slow. Sink too. Housekeeping a bit so so , both of the bathrooms tiles were wet when we checked in But otherwise we had a great time here!

Very clear and detailed instruction for Checkin. Facilities inside the unit are more than perfect. Swimming pool at roof top is exceptional. In short, a very good choice and value for money!

The apartment was aesthetically decorated.It has beautiful pools and a well equipped gym.

The apartment doesn't have a washing machine.

Love the location. Accesible to convenient stores and food areas. It take only a few klics to drive up to Premium Outlets and the First World Hotel.

Master bedroom bathing got stuck and overflows. So you really need to bathe fast so that you wont flood the whole toilet. Best to give extra towels so that we could change every 2 days and maybe have a washing machine?. Elevators are really bad. Have to go up to level 40, just to go to level 3, carpark. Or else you will have to wait for atleast 30minutes

The apartment is well maintained and kept clean. The hosts are very responsive and thoguhtful. We were given clear instructions and a WhatsApp group to communicate anytime. Every little thing was well thoguht and we felt the effort the hosts had put in to make the guests feel comfortable and welcome. Apart from the usual cups, plates, cutlery, there were extra trash bags, toiletries etc.

This is not related to this specific rental or the hosts. The only concern was the lifts in the building. The wait for the lifts were unbearable. We were told by the front desk that the management is handling the lifts manually and it was chaos.
