Location, cleanliness

I was disappointed with the staff at the reception. Unclear instructions from them wasted our entire day. We wanted to extend our stay for one more day and they told us to book again. We did it and then they told us we need to book at a different place and change our room. In doing so they kept us there from 1pm till 3:30pm. Ruining the day and wasting time as well. Just wanted to advice to give clear instructions so we can follow as time is valuable. We come from other countries and time is of essence.

The apartment is value for money

The receiptionner made a serious mistake, given wrong apartment for 3 people to stay, instead we had booked for the 2 rooms apartment for 4 people It was time consumed to shifting our luagge

Good location, surrounded by many restaurants and shops, very convenient check in. 2-bedroom with kitchen completed with microwave for simple heating up food, spacious living room, dining table for 4, free wifi high speed.

Only one bathroom, children queue up to shower after cold swimming pool. Bathroom drain was clogged, water flow out very slow. Swimming pool too cold, it was very windy on the day I visited.

Breakfast was not there in the room package. We prepared our own breakfast. Cooking arrangement was good. Overall it was specious and clean. the rooms were nice and clean. The view from room was (living room and kitchen) was pretty good.

There were lack of some basic things like scissor, sharpened knife, kitchen towels. Sitting arrangement can be little better, there was only 1 3 seater sofa. Small master bedroom, stink. common bathroom door handle/lock was not working. To reduce plastic, suggest to add a water purifier in the kitchen.

The staff during check in and check out was very friendly y’all, they greet us with warm smiles 😁 very clear instructions from the staff 🫡 very strategic place to stay with very near place to eat. Very good staff and very fast, we have unknown large amount of hair in cupboard, whatapps the staff and they sent housekeeping and arrive in 10 minutes!! very fast!! 💨 very recommended for family and friends to stay🫡✨

Cozy, clean and comfortable, I got the room on the 5th floor, with a view facing some buildings, trees, mountains and Genting itself, and though it wasn't too high up, it was therapeutic for the eyes. The location is convenient in the sense that there are shop lots nearby with options for eateries.

The staff were helpful, but there were only 2 person handling the check in process. We were there by 3pm, and there was already 2 other people checking in, the waiting time from the que till the end of document processing was about 30 minutes on that particular day.

The utilities, the rooms, the decorations, the cleanliness of the unit, parking at the same level with units that was really amazing

Check in/out counter was far from guest parking. This is not good for guest impressions

The unit itself overall was spacious, clean & comfortable. Hot shower & tap was really good with good water pressure. Amenities provided such as kettle, iron, mug, cutlery etc was sufficient. Local tv channels were good enough. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Parking same level as unit which was very convenient. Check-in & chek-out was smooth.

Main issue was aircond in the room produced annoying noise after a while & disturbed our sleep. We need to switch it off which caused a little discomfort. Toilet sink seemed clogged cause water flowed out slowly. Sofa not really in the best condition with stains. No big deal but thought I'd highlight. Parking layout was a bit confusing and very dark during the day, especially when raining.
