Ambiance was nice. Cooling, pool area well maintained only that not stroller friendly for babies, its far down due to land level if highland. But it was ok. Complimentary coffee at the lobby

No bfast but cafe there good only not enough food when we came down at 9.30.. should estimate more when peak hours

Great location if you're planning to take the cable car up to Genting. Ample room space if you're going with your family. The front desk staff Misha was very friendly, professional and accommodative. Will definitely visit again!

the room is above my expectation. so big! i came with my husband and i get twin room. i thought i got two single bed but i get two small queen bed! For the price at first i thought that if this kind of price that i get, so its suitable with two single bed but the price above our expectation with what we got! the room that i get also include chair and big tv! seems like i book for family room not twin room. The place is nearby with city area too and so easy access. Definitely will come back again to stay at this hotel. tq GVR!

i got connecting room. guest next door which is their kids accidently almost open our door. luckily the mom play the role avoid the kids play with the door. i think GVR need to alert with the connecting room to avoid the guest worry with their things and safety.

It is located in close proximity to amenities (food, convenience store, etc) but still nestled within the tranquility of nature. The room is clean and spacious, it has hot water, enough pillows, iron, aircond and also ceiling fans. The guards and receptionist are nice. Easy check in and out with free parking. Simple ala carte breakfast is available at the cafe with reasonable price.

Would be wonderful to have a heated pool as it was very cold to swim (cold to us Malaysians who accustomed to hot weather)

I like this place.. strategic place.. I happened to come, rainy day.. cold weather.. there is a cafe inside the hotel area.. go out and just a few minutes there are many restaurants and grocery stores also 7e. easy to find.. the place is quite quiet supposed to be.. and the swimming pool is also interesting. I came with my husband and 2 children. and the staff is very friendly and very helpful. and there is a staff named zarina she is very polite and sweet.. definitly I will come back

I'm on the 4th floor and at night around 1.30am until 4am my children and I can't sleep because the neighbors above are very noisy. heard the footsteps of their children running and heard noises. I am very upset with this matter because there is no privacy when sleeping. I was informed that the floor above me is not under the management of the hotel and I hope something can be done because it is very disturbing to other visitors if it happens again..overall was okay!!

Received in advance the instructions on how to get there, and it was quite easy/straightforward. Easy check in procedure as well, with a good service from the staff at the reception. Room was clean and spacious, and the daily housekeeping was good. Provided drinking water on a daily basis Parking available on-site.

Minor downsides were: - Shower, quite weak water flow - No breakfast (3rd party cafe next to it with paid services, but limited options).

The room is spacious, clean and truly value for money. Large flat screen TV with couches and study table it feels like one grade higher than the price we paid.

Sometimes there is a strange mildly unpleasant smell in the bathroom. the bathroom itself smells excellent but maybe the smell comes from the drains.

The resort was somehow underrated by most. Me and my family had a great stay here; started from the clean room with best view up to the staff excellent services. The facilities were complete with gym, pool, bicycles for rent, cafe, hall and the staff Shima even brought us all to promote the penthouse. We will definitely come again soon.

The pillows can be improved further(quite hard).the rest were all good.
