The property was lovely. A little smaller than I was expecting from the pictures but it was still plenty of room for our family of 5. I had a problem with the washer and I contacted the host who sent someone out immediately. They were friendly and couldn’t do enough to accomodate us. The location was good. It was close to lots of food places and it was very easy to travel up to the outlets or cable car via grab. The accomodation was extremely good value for money. Loved the big windows so that you could see the rain fall or all the clouds pass. It was beautiful.

The one thing I didn’t like was the strong sewerage type smell from the downstairs bathroom. I kept the door closed the whole time. But it didn’t affect our time there.

I love the surroundings. Quiet. The unit is good, clean, and comfortable. The facilities were also good. The safety. And the host was helpful when I wanted to add another night for my stay.

Property key collection upon arrival was a mess for me as the 1st timer. Although the host has given me the instruction and navigating video, it helps but it is still a mess. Things to improve - if the host could provide more kitchen appliances like a toaster, water boiler, and air fryer, would be better. Also, provide iron and iron board. The mattress was not as good as the hotel mattress. could be improved as well.

The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen came with basic functioning features i.e utensils, kettle, stove top. Good for simple cooking usage however I would recommend bringing your own pots as the ones provided did not look safe to cook in i.e scratched non-stick pans. Apart from that, all was good.

I didnt like that we had to go to another building to collect and return the keys. The bathroom is common for the master bedroom & guest room in the apartment. Would have preferred an attached bathroom to the master bedroom.

D location n setting is comfortable n homely.

The bathroom walls need some scrubbing. Wish there is a shower curtain or glass panel to block off water frm splashing into other parts of the bathroom. As there is no air-conditioning, we would like to keep d windows n glass panel open to enjoy the fresh air but there was no mosquito netting to keep d insects out. The peace of the night was interrupted by d noise of cars zooming up n down d hill.

Location of property is nearby many F&B outlets, petrol station and convenience stores. Apartment is equipped with appliances and items such as detergent, body wash and shampoo which make the apartment more homely. The view was great, next to the hillside.

Apartment did not have a smart TV, which was minor inconvenience. The iron has some connection issues so it works only for a short while and the water heater in the common bathroom runs out of hot water quite fast. Water does not drain out of the common bathroom perhaps due to a clog and it causes the bath area to flood.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with complete facilities (just no 3in1 coffee but thats okay).

I think the hotel should change the night lamp. There is a low hanging night lamp beside the bed look like a nordic style pendant. When we turn on the fan, the night lamp moved following the wind in the room and it may hurt your head. Unfortunately there is no aircond in the room. So we need to slow down the fan power.

The amenities provided was completely satisfying.

The water heater only works for the first 5-10 mins, and back to normal temperature then. It was quite cold to shower without hot water in the freezing whether there 🥲

The property has all the things you need. They have washing machine (they even provided laundry soap) iron, hair dryer, toiletries, fridge, you can cook for they also have induction cooker. Great for long stay. The management was flexible for letting us check out an hour later. They also upgraded us in one of our apartments (we took 2 apartments for 7 people). The property has the facilities but we haven’t really explored for the rooftop has timing that we weren’t aware of. I suggest, you check the timing for the rooftop maintenance. Some timings, they are closed. The location of the property is near the good restaurants. There is also a fun bar nearby that really has great service. You can check it out if you like night life! The management is very responsive too! You can WhatsApp them and they are willing to help.

The check in is quite a hassle because need to go to another building. It is opposite the property but requires 10 to 15 mins of your time to walk to the check in counter. The property is far from Resorts World and the attractions like Skyworlds, Skytropolis, Awana Skyway. If you come with car, then there is no problem. But if you plan to commute, Grab is the easiest way. However, you will need 10 mins time to wait for the Grab car. I suggest, go to nearby restaurants outside the property then book a Grab car there. The lift was under maintenance on our last day, that was a Sunday. Better don’t go on a peak season for you need to wait for a long time just to use the lift.

About lift, we are on family vacation.. the other family’s room is another level, so wee need to go to level 3 first and touch the card to go to other level. it difficult to us to other level About room card, need to provide 2 cards for each room.
