I had a fantastic stay at 7Stonez Windmill Hotel! The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, modern design, and top-notch facilities. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The rooftop infinity pool provided stunning views, and the gym was well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. What truly stood out was the exceptional service the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Great location, short walk into town and a cheap grab ride up to Genting Highlands activities (only cost us $15MYR). Beautiful property with gym at the very top with everything you need. Also had lots of swimming pools so never felt crowded and a lovely sauna!

Difficult to find the check in desk as it is not on the property! Make sure you get dropped off there instead of the actual property. Check in was also 2hrs late for us as there was an issue with our room which is not ideal after a long day of travelling.

Had an amazing stay at 7Stonez Windmill! The room was very clean, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the overall experience was super comfy. I truly enjoyed my time with family.😍❤️.The facilities were great, and the location was convenient, with shops nearby. Beautiful property with stunning views. The gym is gorgeous at the very top of the building with the pool and sauna up there as well. Good location just a short walk to shops in town.

Very difficult to find the check in desk as it isn’t in the same property as where you stay. Please make sure you check this before you go as it’s not fun to walk around and try and find when you arrive!

The view was exceptional. You're going to feel the clouds, and you don't need air-conditioning at night. Note that I went here during February. The convenience stores and restaurants are near, walking distance. The reception is not on the main building, but you will receive the location information, and the receptionists were nice. There are many tourist spots nearby, so we enjoy everything there.

Since the reception desk includes multiple buildings, it gets longer during check-in time. Need to avoid peak season due to traffic congestion.

elevator!!!! Too slow. And i mean it, as it took like 15min to wait for a car to stop at our floor. Most times, car passes our level. At checking out time, 4 of 6 elevators were designated as service elevators. We again waited for about 20 mins. To management of Windmill, please reconfigure the elevator system immediately.

The online services are easy to deal with and user-friendly. I have lots of questions yet the staff patiently answer either through WhatsApp or face to face. The rooms are so comfortable and spacious enough according to the pax. Even the view from the corridor is euphoric! Overall, its good and comfortable enough for a vacation with my friends!! I truly enjoy it.

The wardrobe smells awful. I hope in the future there are any scented bags hanging in the wardrobe. There is no spatula in the kitchen when it clearly stated kitchenware is provided. It's hard to cook using spoon available there :(

The room, the bed, the toilet and everything about the house were nice and perfect. It was a good unit for family or couple in trip.

The service could be improved more as we check in quite late around 5-6pm yet our room key isn't ready at the receptionist and we have to wait while they clean the room and the staff that clean the room pass us the keys directly. We hope that in future that the room would be ready on time instead as the check in time is at 3pm and check out time at 11am. It should have ready before the next guest checking in when they implement earlier checkout time.
