Checking in was straightforward and hassle-free. The 2-bedroom apartment with common bathroom itself is spacious enough for the three of us, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. All the essentials, such as fresh towels, shampoo, and shower gel, were provided. Coming by car, there is secured parking with a designated lot available. The location is ideal, with a variety of local dining options conveniently situated nearby. It is also perfectly positioned for a quick and easy journey without the hassle of heavy traffic, making your travel experience much more enjoyable.

The designated car park lot was not convenient considering the numerous vacant spaces. Also, having complimentary bottled water would have enhanced the overall experience.

I opted for no breakfast. I rather cook or 'tapau' from outside. I really love the kitchen area - it's my favorite spot! The view from there is beautiful, and it makes me enjoy it even more. Plus, with so many nearby stalls and restaurants - good food and endless choices around.

Both wall sockets in the main bedroom weren't functioning, which was a bit disappointed. Luckily, i brought along my extension wire that day, so it saved the situation!

Location of the apartment, ambience view through the window, kitchen amenities are great and well equip, security guard are nice and helpful. Swimming pool big enough for guest and clean environment. One parking provided for guest. Shops are nearby and very convenient with restaurant, convenient stores, Watsons, Family Mart, Starbucks cafe etc.

Toilet were smelly, and the toilet bowl water flow not strong enough to flush. Washing machine cannot use (can't finish wash and spin, end up cloths are wet soaked, i use the same model washing machine at home so familiar with the machine setting). Guest is 5 of us but only get 4 towels. Fixed telephone line not applicable but can sent message WhatsApp through the given number.

The unit was fantastic and all are in good in tact condition. The surround view of genting highlands was spectacular and something that cannot be compared to. The lighting features in every room and storage cabinet were the plus points! The beds, the living room, the kitchen all were perfect neat and tidy!

Nothing, just keep up and maintain this performance. Will definitely come back again for more experience

Good location surrounded by shops , restaurants, and other facilities, nearer to Genting, good for family stay, rooms are well maintained

Longer wait to collect key ( about 30mins) , early check out at 11am, and extreme problem to get lift during checkout( cannot select parking floor when some others already in lift)

Pretty good condominium in Gohtong. Nice views of Genting Highlands. The rooms are decent sized & reasonable quality. Parking can be confusing. Friendly & helpful guards. Currently heavily used as a home stay. Make sure you choose the right provider as some aren't maintained well. There is a nice pool area & handful of outdoor seating areas. Close to many eateries & convenience stores. Currently due to competition it is value for money.

We prefer the Maple units despite the unfriendliness of the staff at reception. The deposit now is RM200 cash. Units here are spacious. Kitchen utensils are pretty complete incl 1 medium pan and small pot enough to cook maggi. No netflix BUT you can connect your laptop to TV with HDMI cable. Good days n weather, you will get full fog view / amazing sunset view.

The recent unit we got was clean except for the glass in bathroom. Can see the stain clearly. Lift is quite slow especially during check out. I supposed thats normal.

Check in - the reception is very good, very helping, and properties is very nice and big

When check out at 17/8 1230pm.. the reception fat lady is so bad.. no thanksgiving and no smile inside he face.. very bad attitude not suitable for foreign guests especially for upcoming tahun melawat malaysia… make sure dont put like this girl at front desk again!!

1) car park should be generously lighted for safety 2) due to humidity, many of the pillows smell and with previous guests’ odors, which is unpleasant and caused poor sleep quality for us.

The rooms are spacious. The kitchen could have used a few more appliances. There was Netflix, and aircon, but only in the bedrooms. Good laundry with a decent sizes drying rack. Location is partway to Genting and we had a nice view.

I didn't know I had to go to "maple homes" as this was not stated anywhere on the booking. There were two offices close together, seven, and maple homes. I tried maple homes first and luckily was correct. It would be helpful if this was on the booking somewhere...main room not air conditioned. The shower water would come out of the shower cubicle, but perhaps this was intended as there is a drain beside the toilet. There was construction right beside our window. It was a little noisy at times. The mattress was also very very hard - I know that's normal for an Asian bedroom, but they may want to consider that westerners stay there too.
