I recently stayed at your hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The highlight of my stay was definitely the reception staff—they were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, your receptionists stand out as the best. I truly hope you consider rewarding them for their outstanding service. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—delicious with a wide variety of local and western options. The servers were very kind and polite, which made the experience even better. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind, this hotel is a great choice. The price is also very reasonable for what you get

The hotel itself is nice and beautifully designed. However, I did notice that some areas could be cleaner, and the pool didn’t look as beautiful or inviting as expected. The food prices were quite expensive for locals. It would be great if you could offer a special discount for Malaysian ID holders. Thankfully, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for alternatives. There weren’t many interesting activities available within the hotel area, but since my main goal was to relax in a peaceful environment, this didn’t bother me too much.

Truly love the services and guidance by the hotel staffs. They really cater our needs. The parking is also spacious and easy to access straight from the room you stay. I love the overall ambience and mood of this stay.

The room interior is quite outdated and there's not much of furniture in the living room. Really hope at least the hotel will provide some carpets in the room because the temperature is quite chilling especially at night. We really don't want to have cold feet. Also, there's only one chair provided at the dining table. I need to move the other chair in the bedroom myself to the living room.

It was definitely a great stay! The staff were very kind, the place was spotless, and the overall experience was excellent. I mentioned that we were visiting to celebrate my wife's birthday, and they surprised us with a birthday cake, such a thoughtful gesture. Really appreciate it. Thanks to the wonderful staff!

The only issue was the lift. I got the fuchsia block, and sometimes the lift took up to 5 minutes, even after pressing the button multiple times. It was a bit frustrating, but a small issue overall and still acceptable

My daughter got sting by a bee when we were walking along the walkway around the hotel before check in. Luckily the hotel provide in house doctor to treat my daughter. The bill was also inhouse. Thank you so much Berjaya Hotel. Will definitely come again later. Hope you guys improved the quality of the food.

Dinner on Saturday (BBQ) have a lots of menus. But unfortunately my clique had food poisoning. I'm so lucky because i did not ate the chickens wing. I suspect some of my clique who ate the chicken wing get the food poisoning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. No deposit was required upon check-in, and parking was free, except for those needing wheelchair accessibility. The room was spacious and clean, although it was quite old. I requested an extra blanket, and it was delivered very quickly. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a variety of food choices, all at reasonable prices! 😅 The staff was friendly and very helpful.

If possible, please upgrade the elevator facilities.

As many had mentioned, the service of the staff was fantastic, and they allowed early check-in at no charge if the room was ready before usucheck-in in time. It comes with free luggage holding service. The room was very spacious, smoke- and noise-free with a big window for a beautiful greenery view. Comfy for staycation.

Facilities are not well maintained if you plan to stay longer than 1 night. Limited choices for food (only 2 dine-in restaurants that are not value for money). The journey up the hill can be much more dangerous than Genting Highways as it was much steeper, fewer cars, and less lamppost with unclear lines on the road.

The idea of the place

The sheet and towels very old and not clean. The guy in reception when I did the check out told him that I forgot an item in my room and I asked him to return the card of the room to go and bring it and he refused and he said that you did check out. I told him that I am currently doing the check out, and he informed me that this is the policy of the hotel which I don’t understand how come a guest who is doing check out he want to go collect an item that he forgot you are saying it’s not allowed. This is very weird. To incident happen in the front of us from a monkey one he tried to attack a guest in Starbucks and the other monkey enter one of the guest room through the balcony, and then he went out after the guest to give him food . Also the food was not international or French
