Easy going owner with straight forward easy to understand info on check in and check out. A very cosy studio apartment and comfortably fits 6 adults. All amenities available with water filter as well. Bed was comfortable . Bathroom was huge and spacious. Clean towels. Cozy hall with sofa and bean bags. Nice balcony with bar table and great view of the pool and resort world over the hills. Aircon and Fan available. Easy access to collect key from the locker and easy car parking n lift access. 5 mins drive from the town area. Restaurant open almost 24h. You can pay for buffet breakfast at Scapes Hotel which is within the complex. quite good spread.. or drive down to town for other choices.

TV box bit hard to control. But since with friends we never used it much. Got amp with speakers...but very hard to use well. The road leading to the apartments is slightly bad about 50m as there are new constructions along the way.

-Clean -Instructions were clear for Check In -Most basic items were there (towel,iron with iron board,microwave,fridge,utensils,water dispenser, extra blankets etc) -Love the interior, felt cosy, comes with 3 Queen mattresses + 1 sofa bed. -Highly recommended & can repeat the staycation.

-If you go with ONLY GIRLS & want to come back to the property at night, be careful as it’s quite dark along the road & road surface not so nice due to new construction in front of the property unit. Quite a long road to arrive. -If you go with older people (senior citizen) who have knee problem, the mattress level might not be suitable as it is rest on the floor with no bed frame. -Mattress not so soft not so hard. But I slept well. -Overall nothing negative. Just stating the situation.

The area was quiet and clean, suitable for family- kids love the loft. The designated carpark was easily located, it was very near to the loft entrance. The owner was very friendly and patient, tending to our needs.

There was only one small thing i need to highlight - the pump for the shower gel spoil, managed to mentioned to the owner, I think he/she would fix that.

There were 3 mattress beds. The Loft bed was interesting and a nice touch. Cozy place with bean bags. Smart TV with lots of movie options. Fast WiFi. Very new-looking and clean house with toilet. Easy to check-in with car (as have to drive to different car parks). There are eateries nearby by car.

Location was a bit far in, okay for driving but not convenient for those without car. No washing machine.

The location actually consider ok as nearby have a lot of shops, it just now that area having construction, the road is not so good to go into Midhills Genting Highlands, especially at night no street light, it's really dark, have to becareful.

Could upgrade the sofa as it's a not so comfortable when you sit on it.

I love the ID design of the unit I stayed in. I stayed at this place twice. The previous unit on the 1st floor was basic. But this unit 902 came with superb ID and furniture. Loved the beds, just nice, not too hard, not too soft. Fresh linens was used. Appreciate the attention to details by the owner. It felt "ATAS"

Not much I dislike. Perhaps to inform the exact place to obtain the keys, because the mailbox is located on a different floor from the car park which was named no. 3, we thought mailbox was far away in another building no 2, so we drove the car out from the car park to access the mailbox, actually it was accessible by lift. so the whatsapp instruction msg could be clearer to avoid downtime. We took about 8-10 mins to figure out how to get to the mailbox from the car park.

Very comfortable and cosy. We love it very much. Nice decoration and everything was provided.

The location is a bit far inside. Have to go through dark and bumpy road when night time. A bit silent but other than that all okayy.

The unit is clean, spacious, well-designed and with a nice view of Genting Resort that sat on the peak as well as the pool below.

There’s ongoing construction of a mega convention center with apartments just stone throw away. It kinda spoil the peaceful and serene atmosphere which we were looking forward to.

This is my 2nd time. The owner is really helpful. The house is very clean, cosy and pennyworth. It's so suitable for 3-6 pax of people. Really recommend to family and friends also definitely will repeat in future.

Quite far from town and the road is poor condition due to too many constructions around it
