Staff is wonderful, proactive/Attention to details is top notch/ Front office Manager Mr.Kairul /Guest Experience Manager Mr.Mark /Adriana [Guest service officer] Jeffrey Chief Concierge went Extra Miles to give us the Best ever hospitality.Great job by Housekeeping Department to keep property neat and clean. Ariana from Restaurant/F &B/Jonie/Yani are wonderful staff.
Constructive feedback /Area of improvement: Food served should be warm enough/hot enough to retain the taste /🍴 cutlery should be kept wrapped in the Napkin on the tables(shouldn't be in direct contact with the table) to avoid contamination. The preparation of the food was great but when its not warm enough,it loses its taste and feels less delicious/Need to Introduce more variety of vegetarian food in the Menu.

Free Yoga session in the morning was great, nice start of the weekend. The design and architecture of the hotel is beautiful, really feeling like an European castle, more than my expectation. Hotel is quiet, staff are so kind.
Is if ok because the yoga session was free, but the skill of the instructor was a bit clumsy - believe that the quality would be better. (I have expectation as the hotel is "Wellness resort") Restaurant options are limited, Indian or Western but the menu from the western restaurant was so limited and atmosphere was not really great - when think about the remote location it could be improved for customers who stay there. Aircon remote control from the room wasn't smooth.

The location was wonderful, less than half an hour drive uphill from Karak Highway. The temperature was quite cooling at 26 deg C when we arrived (roughly abt 800m plus above sea level) and at night dropped to 22 deg C. The staff were very courteous from the concierge, front desk, and at the restaurant. As our room was not ready after the packed weekend, they upgraded us to Premier King Room. The staff even offered us to bring us for a tour of the hotel premise before going up to our room but we had to decline as we were quite tired, really appreciated it. Anyhow, he accompanied us to our room and provided some basic introduction to the room, especially cautioning us on leaving the window opened as there were macaques around. However, we'd not seen them during our stay. The room was very nice, facing the mountains, clean plush carpet, one spotless single sofa, working desk, and many more. A ceiling fan with dial control and a small air-conditioning unit were available. Fresh paint, super comfy King bed and very nice pastel colour bathroom. Quite a large swimming pool with nice scenery around and just beside the restaurant where we had our breakfast. The breakfast was superb, even though there was not as much variety considering the price. The local food such as nasi lemak and fried kueytiow were wonderful. Even the baked bean was prepared with herbs, unlike other hotels, which normally served plain. And the croissants were delicious except the warmer seemed not to be working as it's cold.
Everything was near perfect. Maybe a bit of suggestions, the tea bags in the room should be of higher quality, hence enhancing the premium vibe. And there should be a desk light on the table.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Every staff we met greets us cheerfully with a big smile enquriing about out stay. Excellent housekeeping service. Extra bottles of mineral water were left in the room plus chocolate/cake during evening turn-out room service without us asking. The breakfast spread was good, and the food was delicious. The spa at the resort offered a variety of health and wellness services and we enjoyed their Swedish massage by well-trained masseurs.
Lack of benches/shelfs in our room for luggage which we have to put on the floor.

A Persuasive Review of the Resort Accommodation The accommodation at the resort can be evaluated based on two distinct scenarios: First, if you’re seeking isolation, tranquility, and deep relaxation, this place is nothing short of exceptional. The serenity it offers is rare and truly rejuvenating—perfect for those who want to disconnect and unwind. However, if your goal is tourism, excitement, and exploring scenic attractions, then unfortunately, this resort falls significantly short of expectations. While the hotel itself is outstanding in terms of comfort, peaceful ambiance, and the professionalism and warmth of the staff, its location is highly isolated and far removed from major tourist attractions. Destinations like the French Village, the Japanese Garden, or the Rabbit Park—often promoted in the area—are frankly not worth the time or effort. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would generously rate them a 1 out of 10. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle, this hotel is a perfect choice. But if your aim is tourism, sightseeing, and entertainment, this may not be the right place for you.

1.The place was super amazing! The room was awesome! 2. The staff was generally courteous, and Mr Mark was especially attentive, always checking if all was okay for us. 3. The bed was super comfy and the shower was heavenly. 4. The thoughtful surprised coffee at the door was amazing. The evening complimentary bite-sized cake and chocolate was great! Lovely indeed. If it's slightly bigger than a bite-sized, it would be perfect...hehehehe..
The breakfast spread was quite limited, and of the same menu daily, at least for 3 mornings we were there. The place is located within a walking distance to Colmar Tropicale. Other than that, not much activities to do there. It's suitable for a short getaway when we are not planning to spend much time outside the hotel.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an incredibly relaxing experience. The hotel, room, and facilities were all excellent—very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and their service was top-notch. As part of our honeymoon package, they surprised us with lovely decorations and a delicious cake, which made our stay even more special. From breakfast to dinner, the food was consistently delicious and satisfying. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect place to unwind and clear your mind. As a bonus, they offer complimentary yoga sessions for guests every Saturday, which added a nice touch to our stay. Highly recommended!
However, the breakfast could use more variety, and a rotating menu for different days would make it even better. The complimentary drinks could be improved—they felt a bit basic, and investing a little more could really elevate the guest experience. The iron provided could also be upgraded to a better brand for added convenience.

I love the clean, spacious and comfortable room with cosy beds. I love the surrounding lush greenery, flowers and serenity of the hotel environment. Very few hotel guests during my one day visit (weekday), so it is clean, quiet , relaxing and comfortable. Though ot all the food for the breakfast buffet are displayed for self service, some main course and drinks need to be ordered from the menu provided (price included in the breakfast buffet), the bread and food are surprisingly tasty and fresh. There is no pigeon in the hotel compound. Helpful hotel staffs.
The dividing line of winding uphill road to the hotel to separate the traffic lane is very faint and barely visible, some steps need to be taken to ensure the safe passing on the windy road. A lot of pigeons in the Colmar tropicale with pigeon poop stain here and there. Free oranges are provided in the room for guests, but the oranges were not juicy.
