Ariana from Restaurant/F &B/Jonie/Yani are wonderful staff.

Constructive feedback /Area of improvement: Food served should be warm enough/hot enough to retain the taste /🍴 cutlery should be kept wrapped in the Napkin on the tables(shouldn't be in direct contact with the table) to avoid contamination. The preparation of the food was great but when its not warm enough,it loses its taste and feels less delicious/Need to Introduce more variety of vegetarian food in the Menu.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an incredibly relaxing experience. The hotel, room, and facilities were all excellent—very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and their service was top-notch. As part of our honeymoon package, they surprised us with lovely decorations and a delicious cake, which made our stay even more special. From breakfast to dinner, the food was consistently delicious and satisfying. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect place to unwind and clear your mind. As a bonus, they offer complimentary yoga sessions for guests every Saturday, which added a nice touch to our stay. Highly recommended!

However, the breakfast could use more variety, and a rotating menu for different days would make it even better. The complimentary drinks could be improved—they felt a bit basic, and investing a little more could really elevate the guest experience. The iron provided could also be upgraded to a better brand for added convenience.

I love the clean, spacious and comfortable room with cosy beds. I love the surrounding lush greenery, flowers and serenity of the hotel environment. Very few hotel guests during my one day visit (weekday), so it is clean, quiet , relaxing and comfortable. Though ot all the food for the breakfast buffet are displayed for self service, some main course and drinks need to be ordered from the menu provided (price included in the breakfast buffet), the bread and food are surprisingly tasty and fresh. There is no pigeon in the hotel compound. Helpful hotel staffs.

The dividing line of winding uphill road to the hotel to separate the traffic lane is very faint and barely visible, some steps need to be taken to ensure the safe passing on the windy road. A lot of pigeons in the Colmar tropicale with pigeon poop stain here and there. Free oranges are provided in the room for guests, but the oranges were not juicy.

The first time i stepped into the place its amazed me with how well the hotel was with the cleanliness, the smells and the ambience.It was breathtaking! We were greeted and escorted to look around by the Asst FOM and he was so kind and friendly.The room is the aset to this hotel.It was so clean and the Suite was amazing with all the facilities well kept and well managed..we had a good breakfast too..and we would like to thanked the Concierge Jeffry and the reception Miza and a Pakistani guy who was very helpful and also to the Housekeeping staffs who helping us with few extra amenities and send it to us with a smile in their face..it such a wonderful and pleasant stay! We will sure come back to this hotel and thank you to the wonderful staffs who left us with a great memories!

We arrived an hour early and were thrilled to be offered an early check-in! Mr. Mark greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. After settling in, we were treated to complimentary drinks before our resort tour, which was a lovely touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always quick to respond to our requests. Enjoying in-room dining was a delightful experience, and the foggy morning added a magical atmosphere. Our spacious suites were perfect for our two-night stay, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout. Mr. Mark consistently greeted us with enthusiasm and even managed to pronounce my tricky name flawlessly! Overall, it was an extraordinary experience that was truly worth every penny, and we cherished each moment spent here.

Loved the stay here. Overall, i enjoyed the scenery, peacefulness, alongwith the nature exposure this place offers. Other than that, the staff was really helpful in helping us sort out a matter we faced, because of the insects. The manager immediately helped us move to a better room to make up for the inconvenience. Should have asked for the name. Great, getaway stay.

Accessibility, but i understand the limited footfall this place gets in comparison to genting highlands. The place has good exposure to nature, but I guess they can do well with renovating some rooms which allows people to get better comfort experience. Still the staff did all they could to make up for the any complaints we had.

It was amazing, starting from the moment I came to the reception tired and was immediately offered free juice The staff is very polite (even a little scary if you are not used to it) They tell you everything, accompany you to your room and restaurant They help you drag your luggage The bed is comfortable and large There is a large TV opposite There are thick curtains if you like to sleep longer It's relatively quiet, not that there's good soundproofing, it's just that no one makes much noise Delicious and varied breakfast There is a micro "village" nearby, like a European village, which is interesting to look into and take a few photos A lot of bathroom accessories are provided, for example a shaving kit

There is little to see in the area Very far from the cities, it is unrealistic to catch a taxi yourself, so you have to use the hotel services But in this case you will pay 5 times more than usual The water in the shower is hot, but it does not last long, after 15 minutes you have to wait again for the water to warm up

The suite was superb. The nature and surroundings were fascinating, like staying in a European country.

The location is quite far from the nearest town/city. During our stay, most of the food stated on the in-room dining menu was unavailable. So, we went to their rival, Genting Highlands, for a family dinner. Besides that, wrong timing for us to stay here at that particular time because there was a big group of people from a local bank staying there. Thus, we were not able to enjoy the quiet and serene surroundings to the fullest due to the noises from that group.

From the name, it's a stunning medieval French castle in Malaysian tropical jungle. the resort is so picturesque, and it's like the photos with comfy and cosy rooms. the star of my experience was Mr. John Mark the guest relationship manager, he enhanced my experience through his high commination skill, he was seeking the feedback from the guests on spot to make it an exceptional and memorable experience, and his talents to ease and smooth all the guest requests were obvious. Some of the staff were smiling and had positive attitudes. the spa I had a great time, and the crew was professional. but always double-check if they fixed the swimming pool or not.

and some staff were sluggish and have pokerface, I believe with the training and the leadership of Mr. Mark, they will act better... The F&B should have more international and continental plates as a French themed hotel and more hygiene when it comes to the cutlery.

Great enviroment. Very friendly staffs, help out all the way from reservation until checked out. Especially Miss Alya from reservation department gave an exceptional service by guiding thru the booking process, Miss Ariani at the reception who explained clearly and briefed about the whole service in the hotel, Mr Jeffrey Who gave us an excellent service while staying there and Mr Aimansyah at the concierge who helped out to arrange all our things while checking and out.
