Aircon remote not available in the room. TV remote also not available and cant use. No wifi in the hotel. Given 4th floor then changed to 2nd floor. They didn’t mention the lift is not there. Struggled to take my pregnant wife there to that hotel. Dont have basic facilities mentioned in the hotel booking.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sahara Inn Batu Caves, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a single bedroom on Level 4, but to my surprise, there was no lift, which made it very inconvenient. The first room I was given had several issues: There was no water, and the room had a very bad smell. After requesting another room, I faced new problems: The toilet light was hanging from the ceiling. The toilet door wouldn't close properly. Even after being moved to a third room, the conditions were still unacceptable. The atmosphere of the rooms was so bad that I couldn’t sleep the entire night, even though I booked the room solely for rest. I do not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
