The security in going in and out, the access card for lift. I like the room and it is comfortable for my family of 6

The waiting period of 1. in getting the keys...long queue 2. the lift especially during check out...all cramp together, waited for almost 30 mins just to get down...waste of time 3. I wanted to try to get down via stairs, but to my horrific experience, all the doors to the stairs are locked and only can be accessed during fire. This is unacceptable as it is against safety rules of OSHA and Fire Dept. Will make a formal complaint to the relevant agencies if management still practice this. Tenants should be given access via stairs at all time.

Location clost to restaurant, stall, GPO shopping center and skylift cable car. Room was clean. Acess to the swimming pool and gym. Car parking space is beside the room. Good and fast acess system for doors and gate. Good security. Good hot shower. Good water pressure. Good lighting system and all functioning well. Good and fast working staff during check in and check out.

TV signal reception not good. Microwave oven looks working, but not functioning as per normal. In the day time a bit noisy due to construction of a new building nearby. The balcony glass door lock not functioning. Iron is avalible but iron bord not provided.

I like that the staffs at the reception counter is nice and friendly. The room price is cheap and clean. I also like that they provided towel and iron for us. I also like the pool there. Thanks also for the 3 bottles of water.

What I didn't like is the fact that the 2 in 1 body wash/shampoo does not refilled. So we had to use the hand soap to take a shower. Also please add a hook to the toilet door to hang our towels or etc because we just hang it a the door handle which is not suitable.

The location is ideal with many restaurants and groceries shops nearby, and not too far away from the Premium Outlets, where we could take the Cable Cars up to the Genting Facilities at the peak of Genting Highlands. The 2-Rooms Apartment was clean and well furnished, including with a Washing Machine. Nice view of Genting Highlands from the 29th. Floor, and enjoyed the fresh mountain air.

The sound proofing of the apartment is not that good due to the arrangement of the apartment units, where noisy neighbours may interrupt the peace and quiet that could be enjoyed.

1. Very convenient as there are many shops nearby at walking distance 2. Size of the unit is good for 2 adults and 2 young kids 3. very nice scenery from the windows 4. Clean and tidy

1. The tiles floor in the living hall is too cold for the feet. If it's laminated wood flooring will be good. It's a little bit sticky also. 2. There's a wardrobe door in the master bedroom that cannot be opened or else the deposit of RM200 will be forfeited. It made me feel uncomfortable for the whole night wondering if there's any suspicion inside. 3. Air cond in the master bedroom is not functioning

The place is near to some convenient store,Starbucks,hawker and massage place even Clinic. We used link bridge at Level 5. Picture on the booking is true. I recommend this place.👍

Multiple stain on the sofa.For me look dirty.I am hesitant to use .I feel ,it trigger My allergy.But the rest is clean. Driving 15-20mins to the location.Mostly we book an advance to Mr.Lee handphone number +60176597419 via whatsup.He is certified driver from the Genting hotel.Rather than I book from the grab.

Conveniently located near to eateries, grocery shops, watsons, starbucks that was a 5 min walk way through the link bridge to the hotel side via L5. The apartment was a good size for 3 adults, with one queen bed in the bedroom and a single bet set up in the living area. There was no aircon in the living area but the fan could still cool the space well. It was very clean upon check in and you could request for housekeeping if required. Just remember to drop off your keys at the reception. Wifi was quite stable throughout the stay. Overall value for money!

It was advertised that there would be a clothing rack but they were not able to provide that. So even if you used the washing machine, there was no place to hang the clothes. The shower holder was also a little loose. TV signal was weak and would go off and on every few seconds so it was impossible to watch anything. The card reader in the lifts were not very responsive and can take a while to recognise the apartment card. May also be difficult to get a grab depending on the time and weather conditions.

Overall was good.

The window in the bathroom couldnt be latched anymore. It will open and the cold air will enter. A bit of mites on the overall old couch in the living room. Not my first time staying here so I’ve stayed in several units before, all the couches need to be replaced. There was a big ass spider outside of the living room. Couldnt open the window to let the air in.

Tv dont have signal. Plse use android box la.. Bawah sofa byk sampah tak buang Tak bersih mcm sebelum ni...

Staff very helpful. Near to shop and skyway station. Easy to get food for bfast, lumch and dinner

There is a few issue on facilities while we are staying (eg, aircond not properly working, cannot get any channel from TV) till the end of our stay. But i salute on the effort of their staffs who tried their best to solve the problem.
