Nice rooms with good bed, plenty of tv channels, expresso machine, balcony, plenty of parking space Rain shower, good wifi. Staff is very friendly and provides good service. Located close to outlet stores. Genting casino is about 20 mins further up the mountain.

On one day shower did not get hot. Not sure what caused this. Views from the balcony are not great. There is construction going on all around the hotel.

Hotel is still new and nice. Room was spacious and clean. TV screen pic was clear and many channels to watch. There's even coffee machine to be used! Bathroom amenities were well equipped. Will come back to stay again!

Room floor was not so nice to walk as it's not carpet. Car park staff does not speak English well and request us to pay $10 first when machine was not working but told us to claim back from the hotel. However this was not communicated well with the hotel reception. We have to wait for reception to check further when we presented the receipts to claim back for the parking. Car park staff should have a better communication and inform reception upfront on this.

Very nice and clean hotel. The hotel decors are beautiful. The room is big and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast spread is good and the staffs from the front lobby, service, the waiter and waitresses and all the support staffs are courteous, polite and always smiling. We had a good time staying there.

The noise outside from nearby shops especially the outdoor karaoke session is very loud and the motocyclists loud exhaust noises are really pain in the ear especially at very late nite.

Overall the service is superb. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to another holiday break at Geo again. Was warming welcome by receptionist namely Lavannia. She was so professional and helpful thru out my check in and the whole process was very smooth and her greets were very warm welcoming. Hotel room was so comfy on my second day i personally hibernate myself alone lazy to go out from the room while my family members went to swimming at the pool. Their security works 24/7 guarding the front and at night they locked the metal gate at the front entrance for the safety of their guests.

There is nothing that I don’t like about the hotel. Only i was walking around to see the pool area notice one poor cleaner working alone in a toilet at the dark section. Pity him n safety wise i think Geo should deploy 2 person at secluded places during wee hours.

First time in GEO Resort & Hotel! Check-in on the second day of CNY, the hotel lobby is decorated with a great Chinese New Year atmosphere so happening. Honestly, the hotel is kept really well maintained. The staff was friendly and made the check-in / out so smoothly. The hotel is in a great location, close to many halal or non-halal restaurants, PETRONAS gas station with Starbucks, 99 & 7-11 convenience shops etc. The room was clean and comfortable, kid love the shower water pressure so much and the street view from the balcony was amazing. Even though the soundproofing is not great, it doesn't matter just for a short break here.

There is only balcony floor was very noticeably dusty.

The location is perfect, you can find every thing near you like restaurants and markets. The service is good.

The bed and pillow is not comfortable

I've been staying in this hotel for many times. This is the first time that I was given a room that's full of strong chemical smell. Once I was in, I had a slight headache already. I quickly call and requested for a change of room. However, the operator told me that there's no more rooms available which is the same as per my booking. They send over someone to check it out and we told the staff that the smells is really too strong. Finally the operator call back to give us another room which they consider is a VIP room. It's actually the same type of room :) but am glad they finally gave me a room that's no such smell. My headache immediately gone! The view is definitely better in that VIP room :D as it's not facing the main road and more quiet too.

As a frequent guest at this hotel, I hope they will take note of my preference that I've always stated when doing the booking. So that I won't need to keep on reminding them what I need at the counter too.

The exceptional location of the hotel means that you would most likely not consume breakfast in the hotel. Right infront of the hotel and to its side there are perhaps 15 restaurants and eateries all with-in walking distance. The hotel's price point for the breakfast would discourage the usual singapore or malaysian traveller. its about S$20 a person i believe. For that price, a savvy traveller could feed a family of 3 or 4 potentially. Savvy is not being cheap. I tip very heavily but i feel there should be value and the value for money on the hotel's breakfast is clearly not there.

1)The wifi needs to be upgraded. 2) The smart TV doesnt have NETFLIX ! - which is a huge let down because much cheaper Airbnbs immediately next to the hotel would have this feature. 3) Hotel swimming pool probably needs more maintenance. Son & wife got allergic reaction with scratching and redness for a day after swimming.

1. THE POOL! It was heated and looked really clean and beautiful. Loved it. 2. The bed was huge and comfy. 3. The TV was bigger than any we’ve come across usually in king deluxe rooms in other hotels. 4. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. Loved the rain shower.

1. The view from the hotel was not up to my expectation. We were on the 6th floor, so it’s understandable. 2. The balcony was dirty. 3. For the money we paid, it would have been great if the hotel was carpeted. Cold floors and cheap looking plastic floor coverings. I knew about this earlier but I had no other choice but to book this hotel within my budget. 4. The surroundings can get noisy. Lotsa restaurants and stalls nearby.

Great location, only 20 minutes to Genting

The hotel parking lot is open to the public. Hotel guests need to go to the hotel lobby and use their machine to scan the tng card before leaving the parking lot to enjoy the free parking benefit, otherwise they cannot get it back. Non-hotel customers need to pay RM10 every time they enter the parking lot. I hope that in the future, only hotel guests can use the parking lot, or make a card to facilitate hotel guests to enter and exit
