Got a deluxe double room. Loved that the amenities were pretty complete for a one night stay, the room was also clean for a germaphobe like me. There was also Netflix to enjoy for the night, they provided disposable bedroom slippers as well. Pretty value for a quick and short stay.

Clean, spacious rooms. Location was good just getting the grab to places. Places near hotel to go eat walking distance and Starbucks around the corner. Self service washing machine and dryer was great to use. Forgot to put the sign up for our rooms to be cleaned service but when we came back from our outing I just asked the reception and they gave new towels and toilet rolls. It was a great stay. Thank you

Didn't like the placement of the door in bathroom to access to toilet was in the way. Also no main mirror in room had to use the bathroom mirror only.

The hotel is very new, the view from our room was spectacular. The housekeeping was amazing, they put my daughter's stuffed toys on the bed which made us all smile when we walked in the room, they folded some of our clothes to our surprise. The room was very spacious & clean. They changed our slippers everyday. Honestly, this is something we never saw in another hotel.

We informed the reception that we will check out an hour late and they happily accepted our request, but the day of check-out a stuff rudely came and told us that we are late however, we already took permission for 1 our late check-out. Besides that everything was perfect. Also there were no elevators which might be difficult for some elderly people.

Located at the foothills of Genting, this location is convenient with many restaurants surrounding. Good if you are driving as it is still 15 to 20 min drive up to Genting Casino and Resorts. Hotel is clean and the bath room spacious. although my room did not have a window, it did not bother me too much as we checked in around 11pm and checked out at 8am. Hence it was ok for us.

The directions to the Hotel via Google Maps and Waze led us to a dead end road located at the side of the Hotel. So imagine driving in at 10pm, it was rather scary cause the road did not have street lights and was overgrown with grass......called the hotel and they told us to search for Vista Apartments instead. So the hotel should at least fix this simple error immediately.

It's a new hotel. I love the room. Spacious & clean. Suitable for families stay. Each floor have decoration lobby & it was nice. Ground floor have convenient store and also a shop sell so many instant noodles. Parking was at the basement but not linked to hotel room.

Don't have lift to hotel room. Need to use elevator. Put all things into the baggage for easy transfer. The hotel location need to go for a quite far u-turn every time go out for eat at Genting Permai.

Took the family room with 2 King Beds which was enough for our family of 2 adults & 3 kids. Clean comfy beds. Noted that some of the guests commented that there is no direct lift to the floor where room is situated. It wasnt an issue for us as there are escalators. Our rooms faces the road. Either we are lucky but we weren't worken by any heavy traffic noises. Note, the toilet is abit small. When you want to take shower, 1 tip is to let the shower water run for alil while for the hot water needs time to kick in. Might sound abit like wasting water but the other alternative is to shower in freezing water. So choose your own poison la yeah. 1 last note, there is flat stove provided but NO cooking utensils at all. No pots to cook, no bowls not cutrlery. We were there for a short 3D2N. So, the clean big room suited us fine.

Water pressure can be improved. N also for consistent hot water supply. Simple cooking utensils like a small pot, some plates, bowls and cutlery would be good too since cooking hob is provided.

the room itself was very comfortable. Clean and well stocked. They gave us extra pillows upon request. We also had many tv channels to browse thru including netflix.

When i booked, check in was supposed to be 12.00 noon but upon arrival, they said , it was 3 pm. I checked on booking.com and it had changed to 3.00 pm instead of 12.00 noon. Not sure who is at fault here. The noise pollution was quite high with a petrol station behind and cars revving .

The hotel exceeded expectations with its spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist. The location was ideal, close to major attractions yet quiet at night. Facilities such as the pool and fitness center were well maintained. Overall, excellent value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers

Nothing
