Size of the.room and the view was amazing to the greenery mountain and its also very near to sky avenue and the outlet mall. The staff was extremly welcoming specially miss leen she did her job clearly by explaining how to reach the appartment and showed us each and every place we should go like swimming pool and the breakfast restaurant nearby they got.The pillow was soo comfy which i prefer soft pillows.the bathroom size is also good and it have locking system.

The check in process was a little bit annoying but we managed to do it easily at the end. Else than that everything was perfect.

The self check in and out via whatsapp was clear and precise with explanation using pictures and pdf. No waiting time and no queuing needed. The service was great. Reported about the damaged bidet spray hose and was fixed immediately. Response via whatsapp was prompt. Thumbs up for the service team.

Had a scary experience with the lift at tower 7. Lift did not sound an alarm when overloaded. It closed the door and jerked tremendously before opening the door again. Some of us walked out of the lift but door slammed shut suddenly. It was lucky no one was hurt. Hope the maintenance team could check the lifts for any abnormality and carry out maintenance to ensure safety of thr guest.

The sun rise and sunset view was definitely spectacular and breath taking. Complimentary snack, good water pressure and heater. Room is definitely more spacious than first world.

It's definitely a long windy road to the central shopping area. A wrong turn will definitely send you another 30mins to reach the hotel. MUST watch the video the hotel send you in advance otherwise will end up looking blur like us. The construction opposite works till 10pm so do expecting some noise. Dogs will fight and bark v loudly in the middle of the night which is beyond the hotels control.

Location Room service (room cleaning) Water dispenser with hot (boiling) and cold water options were fast and helpful Free shuttles every hour to/from the Sky Worlds. 10-15 minutes drive away.

Pots and pans were not present in the kitchennete. Should be provided. Without that, the stove was of no use. No porter to help with luggage. You need to take all the luggage yourself to your room. It's not an easy task. Try to reach in daylight as it's located on a height, and it's all cloudy with very low visibility. Just to be safe and secure.

Outstanding views from the apartment on the 32nd floor. 3km from Skyavenue mall, making it well within close reach, but out of the hussle of the Skyavenue and First World area. Very good common facilities including kids play area, 4 restaurants, 24X7 convenience store all within the building. Room was rightly sized - 1 BHK apartment. Very clean. All necessary appliances and kitchenware were present for basic coffee-making and basic cooking and eating.

Very few downsides to be honest. If I was being extremely picky, the cleaner forgot to refill the body wash. We had to pay extra for the shuttle to and from Skyavenue, which we thought from the posting was free of cost (could be our misunderstanding).

The Location is good. Very Cold. Balcony View was amazing. The bed was comfortable.

1) There was curry stain on bed. 2) Breaking noice every 2 hours at master room aircond. Couldnt sleep well. 3) There was no pan for cooking small meal 4) No light at balcony.

The strategic location, away from crowd of the theme park, very serene and captivating. Lovely check in and check out process, the courteous staff and great guidance

The quality of food could be improved in Sagar restaurant. It was ok but not worth the price charged.

It was a smooth Check-in and checkout. The customer service reached out before the trip so we were equipped on information on how to get there and around. The rooms were in tip top condition and the cleaning service was excellent. My kids loved the open mini playground and great place to chill and take photos.

The frequency of buses and was too full to include last minute requests made me stranded in the hotel for a long time. Most grab are not willing to travel up to this place. The pool water should be changed to warm water as it’s too cold to swim.

Our stay in the suite was great and the place was very clean. We had a wifi problem after check-in and the staff immediately showed up and helped us resolve it on the spot. The next day, the housekeeping was there and cleaned the whole place and made us more comfortable. After our check-out, we received a promo code for the next stay. Overall a very nice place to relax and enjoy the holiday.

The scenery was amazing, only the opposite side contraction work interferes with the beautiful scenery
