No complaints at all. The best budget hotel I've been in. They even had water dispensers for hot or chilled water at each floor and the kitchen and meeting room beside the reception. They had real paintings with beautiful frames on the walls. They had sufficient hangers in the room. Water preassure was fantastic. No noise especially in the early mornings. Beddings were comfortable. Air cond was cold. Gave hot water kettle and utensils to use with free coffee sachets for each person. Toilet paper given with bath soaps. Superb and fast wifi. Gave nice thick long towels.

Slight musty smell which disappears when air cond is turned on. Since it was an inner room without windows, this can't be avoided as the water in the bathroom can't dry properly.

The firm bed is very good for senior citizens. Much appreciated The bed is also firm and no squeaking sounds. Breakfast is within walking distance and there is variety of food stalls Also dinner is convenient. No need to drive out. The Chinese restaurant is within walking distance.

Door leading to the fire escape is unlocked. Is it meant to be like that? That door opens into the backlane of the hotel and safety is a concern

The rooms are clean. The beds are firm and good. Towels are not worn out There is a large area in the ground floor which is friendly for meet up. I like the water dispenser and also free coffee

Water from the sink's pipe is slow. This can be easily rectified. I have informed the counter staff that the cushions need changing. The chairs in the open area needs to be replaced

I like the covered car park. The silent of the room. The room has window. The hallway is clean I think it is just renovated during my check in time. Toilet no mould. Supermarket and drinking places nearby. Car wash just across the street. Water dispenser at every level.

Tidy and clean room. So cheap booking thru aps compare to walk in, about half the price. Suitable for short stay. Complete with aircond, hot shower, towel, small mineral water and 3in1 coffee.

I booked this room because I taught it's nearby to Fraser hills. It quite far from this hotel. Other than that all the facilities was perfect and clean

Excellent hotel. Although not so big, but very clean. I like it a lot. Location also gd just behind public bank. And nearby got mart and pizza hut.

Clean and cheap, not much to complain. Near to supermarket to buy daily use and nearby restaurants

The tv only got 2 channel TV9 and tv3 Boring

Dirty water pipes can be improved. Stained walls and bed sheet.

The staff is very friendly! They even upgrade our room without any charge cause my ankle was sprained.

The hotel didn't have lift, my ankle was sprained, so i have to climb up the stairs.
