This Ourstay nadi kota was so clean and has all the facilities required except a mini fridge. And to my surprise they provide a huge botol of syampu and body wash. The location was superb, it was located near to all the facilities we loved. And it's very convenient. It was truly worth it. We had our breakfast at a nearby viral restaurant which is Nasi kerabu Kak Ngah and the place was truly a food heaven. Do try. There are many others to try too. Maybe next time.

An extra pillow would be better, plus a mirror. Actually I forgot that my leg was not okay and was wearing a cane and have a knee problem. Luckily it's only 1 floor above. I should check about this earlier. No worries.

I like that they give you prompt response right after we made a very last minute booking due to some incidents that happened to us in Bandar Jengka. The facilities are clean and easy to access. It is very near to a lot of eateries like Pizza Hut, Marrybrown, KFC, Baker's Cottage, 7E. There are lots of workshops nearby too just in case of anything to your vehicle like us. There's a big Mydin nearby. People in Jengka are so nice and kind.

The location & room cleanliness. The check-in & check-out procedures was simple & easy.

Water pressure very low during peak period 7am - 10am & 5pm - 8pm whereby all the rooms guest do fresh up. Possible to place bigger mirror for ladies dress up & a table suitable to enjoy food.

In the heart of the town, easy to access & quite private.

Parking need to pay, mattress is too soft, cleanliness & room finishing could be better.

The room is big. Actually it can fit for 6 people (bring your own matress). The toilet also big. Some more got bathub. Eventhough they do not have receptionist but we still feel safe. Consider high tech check in. All thru WA bit easy to understand.

Only The Air-conditioning needs to be serviced or a bigger aircond needs to be added... The Bed a bit too hard for me ....

I like the way we check in and how considerate the owner ourstay. I like the room, i like its located centre of city, easy to access to shop and pasar malam.

Locted in the centre of Bandar Pusat Jengka with lots of restaurants, convenient stores and pharmacies within walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower.

The room I was in was located at the back, and starting at late evening, there is sounds of birds chirping. It only stops at night.

The door locked need to double lock to properly locked the door. If single lock, the door can still be open.
