The hotel is near established eateries like Secret Recipe and Old Town. Parking our car was very safe as it's in the hotel compounds and customer service was excellent, 👍. Need to bring your own toiletries eg tissues, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. However everything is in good working condition.

Clearly it was an old hotel seen from the facilities in the room (heard it's at least 30 years old). The spray holder was slightly broken and I cut my hand keeping the bidet spray. The bedsheets and under the beds were quite dusty.

VERY CLEAN. one of the cleanest hotels I've been to. better than some 4 stars hotel. size of the room is big too compared to the newer hotels in temerloh. staff is very friendly and helpful. will choose this hotel again if i ever come back to temerloh. location is in the center.

got building with no stairs. should've mentioned that i came with my elderly mother. They might provide me rooms on the other building with lift. got the regular single twin room instead of deluxe, when i made a booking for deluxe room. the advertisement on the hotel board is different from what it stated in booking.com

Good choice for a 1 night stay / sleep and go trip. They have 2 buildings, 1 is an old style hotel with NO LIFT so literally we have to walk to the 4th floor by stairs with all our luggage. Another building is new , got lift. Please call and check with them if you have elderly people with you. Rooms are big. Can't expect too much for the price. There is a Mamak bistro which serves both VG and non VG , also a Chinese Pan Mee restaurant nearby.

They really need to vacuum the carpet in the room and check the bathroom ceiling near the jacuzzi.

Size of the room quite big, family room with 2 queen bed, total 8 comfy pillow with additional 1 pillow, 2 sofa chairs and tea table, small pantry with mini fridge, and tv with preparation table. With qibla pointer and sajadah, single aircond unit maybe 2 or 2.5 hp can cool entire room, good water pressure, clear lighting.

Wall remote aircond is ok. However, when selecting at the higher temperature setting and slowing down the fan speed, it seems not to respond as required. So, like it always provides cold air around, resulting in very cold room.The holder of the shower can't be adjusted, like water coming out from the wall straight to face when bathing.There is no faucet next to the toilet bowl.

the location was quite strategic - easy to navigate and quite close to Pekan Sari (which was my main agenda for the trip). The décor around the hotel area is very pretty and nice to see. Room quite comfy and spacious - could fit additional bed if wanted to. We came on the weekends and the staff told us that we booked the last 2 rooms available.

The limited parking area in the premise - if you arrive later in the night, you might have to park at the far back of the parking area which was pretty dark. The hotel facilities might not be suitable if you (or your travel partner) require special assistance as the hotel has no elevators; only have stairs - and my room just happened to be at the very top floor. We needed to do some ironing but the staff told us to go down to the lobby and retrieve it, then return after use.

The environment was cool. Have a parking lot, doesn't need to find the car park. The location easy to find.

At the night a bit noisy with the dogs barking. Only have 1 lift. When the time to check out, had to wait 2 times lift to return. And the pillow only 2? I suggest put at least 4 pillows. And the bed has a little stain.

Some of the room were using old airconditioner. I have been that situation where my baby was crying at middle of the night since the ac was using the old module and cannot cater the coldness inside the room. Hopefully it will be improvise next time.

Thank you for changing the room to room with windows but need to use a staircase to reach the room on the 1st floor. The room is clean with the price charged. Ok for me just for one night. Easy to get parking with no extra fee imposed.
