the room is clean and smells very nice. there are washer and dryer provided (with fee) for those who wish to do their laundry. There's also a vending machine should you feel like snacking. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room itself isnt very spacious, but what they lack in space, they make up for standard basic facilities and assistance. For a hotel in a shop lot, it's everything you expect and a bit more.

I book a room with one double and single bed. There is a lift in the hotel, but maybe with my type of room ..we had to go down the stairs. It's not exactly a problem, but those traveling with elderly may want to take note.

Value for money

My room has bad odour/the previous client smoked in the room/and we did mention to the counter staff I have suggested (in the future) staff to check the room before returning deposit to the client/and it will a penalty to those who disobey the hotel’s regulations. In general -we were satisfied with the room/facilities/toilet as well the staff - except the smell of cigarattes😭

There are plenty of parking lots available just outside the hotel. The beds are comfortable and clean. Toilet is also clean and the water heater was working. Prayer mats for Muslims are available at the reception counter. Just behind the hotel, there are many restaurants serving international cuisines.

One of the rooms I booked was not ready when we check in so we had to wait for about 15-20min. The rooms are generally small. Some of the amenities such as ironing board is for sharing.

We managed to get the specific room as requested - Family Room, on the Ground Floor. It's spacious, there's plenty of room for our prayer mats. Everything else was clean. Bathroom is huge. We have no complaints. Just a heads up, be prepared to pay RM50 cash deposit upon check-in.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here during my visit to Temerloh. I am delighted to say that my experience surpassed all expectations, leaving me extremely satisfied with every aspect of my stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Upon entering, I was greeted by a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The linens were spotless, and the room had a wonderful aroma. It was evident that the hotel staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. Speaking of the staff, I cannot praise them enough for their kindness and attentiveness. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with any request or inquiry. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel located near with Kubang Gajah, a humble local waterpark and numbers of recommended food places in Temerloh. The location made my visit to Temerloh all the more enjoyable and convenient

However, one area where I felt the hotel could improve is the availability of washing machines and dryers. During my stay, I found that there was only 1 machine available for guest use, resulting in longer waiting times. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider expanding the number of these facilities to accommodate the needs of all guests, especially during peak periods. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel manage to provide big basket for user's convenience that really comes in handy.

Good, clean ,comfortable room , looks like a new hotel in the town , room space is good, provided u can monitor ur car parking in the TV (the telecast the CCTV footage of the car parking). and it's not dusty (as I requested they) and non smoking room. Shower heater, mini electric kettle for boil water , mini fridge , 3in 1 coffe ,mineral water provided in the room for use. Otherwise the mattress/bedsheets smells medicine smell ,I'm not sure whether it's a smell of long time the room not in use or smell of sprayed used in room. Price rm 120+(for queen bed) n RM 180+ (for family room -1queen bed n 1single bed) looks pricy for that place .

Good location. Lots of eateries at walking distance especially the steamboat buffet beside the hotel, oh we loved that restaurant. Not so far from places of interests such as the pasar karat & pasar pagi.

The room is very small compared to Hotel Green Park we stayed last time, the price is about the same. But since the location is better I guess we shouldn't complain =)

The room was quite nice & enough for 3 of us with single bed each. However, the room was too small which no extra space for pray. We need to pray one by one, but still acceptable with the price. The best thing in this venue is the facilities around it, many choice of restaurant to eat dinner. The western foods were very affordable & the koppi roti restaurant is very good.

Love all the facilities in this hotel esspecially the toilet. Very clean & love to stay here eventhough its my first time to be in this area. Easy to find food😁. This hotel aldo provide the praying mat. Staff also very nice & honest. My son left his original Levi's when we check out but the hotel staff called us informed on that matter. I will only stay in this hotel again if i have a work in Temerloh city. Thank you Merrinton hotel & staffs for your efficiency & honesty.

The double bed was quite large. Facilities are not bad really with availability of washer driers, vending machine, irons, and wifi access. You can get prayer mat at the counter. There are restaurants within walking distance at reasonable prices.

For the price, Nothing really. Only a few rooms are with windows. Some have a small window to the air well. Not too bad really.
