The room, especially the floor, is remarkably clean. I'm walking around barefoot and my feet are spotless, unlike in other hotels where the floors weren't properly mopped, leaving my feet dirty and black.

For the convenience of guests, hotels should issue one key card per person staying in a room. When three people share a room but only have one key card, it can be a hassle if they have different schedules. Additionally, providing at least two rolls of toilet paper—one in use and one as a spare—would be a good practice. This ensures guests have a backup and don't have to call the front desk for a basic necessity.

The hotel was cosy and easy to find. There was filtered water dispenser, and some light snacks offered at the lobby. The facilities and room were in clean and good condition when we arrived. We appreciated the view of the greeny grass patch outside our window. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. The room was value for the money spent. Will visit again. It would be excellent if there was an extra toilet roll in the room and hotel slippers.

Basically, I love the Hotel so much. Cozy and well maintained. There is a free coffee and some snack which usually been served by a 4 STAR hotel :). Room is decent but comfortable and clean. Beautiful hotel. Housekeeping team are the best. Very friendly and always smiling when you pass them.

Front Desk Staffs 1. got attitude. 2. body languages and gesture are not pleasant show like you are begging to stay at their place. 3.voice tone shows rudeness when you ask question. ** that really make me uncomfortable. and spoilt most of everything during my stay. 4. Talk bad about guest in front of another guest so just imagine they will talk about you too

Hotel stay was value for money. 2nd time here. First stay was a room without window and that wasnt good. This time round, we have additional pax (4 pax) and got a room with window and it was great! Simple snacks and beverage (including hot and cold water) provided at ground floor was beyond expectation. Few good eateries and massage place nearby. Short distance to shopping malls.

Parking not provided. Got a parking summon at 9+am. Hotel staff mentioned about the need to pay for parking from 8am and we thought we pay at counter before leaving hotel. However, we got a summon instead. :(

There is a trap people should know. Cancellation of room for whatever reasons is not allowed. I had experienced it this time. I mistakenly booked the wrong date which is 3 months away. I actually wanted it immediately. I cancelled and the cancellation cost is the full sum. It does not make sense because it is 3 months ahead and does not cause the hotel losses. I will not use this hotel again because I cannot guarantee I won't make a mistake.

The staff were perfect. Friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as I was having something on at Toppen Shopping Centre and it was within walking distance through and fro. The loft was great— comfortable and value for money.

Would prefer the ironing board and iron to be in individual rooms but there wasn't a line to use the iron in the corridors so it's not too bad. The toilet is not for fussy users, it can be quite crampy and uncomfortable for those who are particular about toilet sizes.

The hotel has many F&B outlets and grocery stores. I particularly like Belly Good cafe which is like 2 mins away. There are common facilities available eg work area (with power outlets), ironing board, plus free beverages and some biscuits in the morning near front desk. We didnt drive but there seems to be sufficient street parking spots.

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear people in the corridor. However, overall, it was noisy.

Friendly staff who made the check in hassle-free. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel (street parking). Staff was kind enough to remind to use app to pay for the parking.

The sound proofing can be improved. When next door guest open or close door can hear it clearly. TV got no channel. Have to scan youself

Great location. Eateries and convenient store next door. Less than 5 min drive to Aeon,Ikea & Toppen. Helpful and friendly staff. Water dispenser at lobby. Room is comfortable and aircon is strong.

Only downside is the lift... Very slow. Need to be very patient waiting for lift.

Location wise was ok however you still need to take grab wherever u want to go to places... eatery also nearby for local food especially right at the corner got 1 Ramly burger stall😋👍🏻

Should provide mini fridge if possible... the room was clean but once I go out for a day and came bck to the room have this stinky smell surround the room... so better bring along room spray if you sensitive towards stinky smell
