The rate is unexpectedly affordable despite festive season (checked in on 27/12 for a night stay). Staff in the reception was friendly when we asked about the alternative road from the hotel to our event space and most importantly she welcoming us in a big smile. Room was neat and tidy, and it was a Muslims friendly hotel. I just hope there's more space to perform solat in more comfortable manner. Aircond was cool enough. I enjoyed their TV channels, not like a typical budget hotels. I love their toilet mirror, equipped with lighting so I can do my makeup well.

The housekeeping staff were friendly and even offered me more amenities when the staff saw us arriving with two children. I was also grateful that my request to get a room with a fridge was granted by the hotel! Having a fridge in a hotel room was really crucial for me. The TV in the guest room was full of interesting Singapore TV channels to keep us occupied while resting in the room.

The main street in front of the hotel had traffic jams most of the time during the day. The shower water pressure was quite low. I wished the room had dim light that could be switched on while sleeping because we had to choose between bright light from the ceiling or no light at all.

I booked seven rooms. The rooms are basic but clean. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very efficient. They allowed some groups to check in even when I was not there. Thank you so much Shera ( I hope I get her name right) and gang.

I wish there is a fridge in the room but it is not an issue.

Value for money hotel conveniently located between Mount Austin and Johor Jaya, with ample basic facilities for a short term comfortable stay. Friendly and accommodating customer service (day & night), great television reception with free 24h movie channels, strong efficient AC, slippers provided.

Water flow was slightly weak, had to use the rain shower during my stay, sound proofing was thin as I could hear my neighbours talking along the corridors and opening/closing their doors clearly, insufficient power points in the room, soft humming and vibration felt on the bed side at certain hours of the day.

Comfortable. All that you need for a short stay. The staff were very helpful.

Nothing. Not the hotel's fault but I hope that some day there will be a pedestrian crossing/ traffic light in front of the hotel so that we can go to the opposite food outlets.

Check-in with ease, friendly staff, although the room is not new but worth for the price we paid for. And opposite (just across the street) has a famous lok lok restaurant, ramly burger, mamak, indian restaurant and many more.

More of a wish they have a curtain outside the bathroom as the window is transparent, usually we will leave a small light on when sleep, but regardless which light we on, it is still quite bright.

very clean hotel with fresh smell. the rooms are large and clean. the toilets are dry and don't have a wet moldy smell like some other budget hotels in the Mount Austin area. Location is good and close to most of the restaurants. ample parking in front of hotel

Friendly staffs.

The Aircon was old and was leaking a little. And we could not see the buttons on the television remote control as it was wrapped with paper/plastic.

The rooms were fairly clean. Water pressure was good and there's everything you need in the area surrounding it.

The room can be a bit musky as there are no windows. But for the price, can't really complain.

The environment is comfortable and the staff are friendly
