Great location, away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely ambience and beautifully furnished. Lovely hotel music and lemongrass essential oil fragrance in the lobby area. Our suite room bathroom with tub had a luxurious feel. Fatty Chef restaurant on ground floor was very popular and served good food that's value for money.

TV channels a little limited but that's not too critical.

Location was good with a lot of eateries & amenities nearby. Hotel room is clean and there is 3 different shower heads positions to adjust from. Quite nice.

I've booked for 3 pax room, we feel its a bit too small the area after placing our luggage on the floor. Only 1 small table where its difficult to eat or drink coffee together in the room for 3 pax. Only 1 chair so no choice that one have to sit on the bed to drink coffee while the other eat at the table.

Easy check in process, good location and a great bathtub! The room exceeded our expectation and the bed + pillow was so comfy to sleep in! The amenities were top notch too and we had our nescafe machine made coffee each morning of our stay.

The doors didn't have soft closing hence during morning there were alot of doors 'banging' close as some woke up early either to explore jb or checkout. It woke us up in our hotel room as we can hear all the happenings in the corridor.

The hotel is located in the heart of Mount Austin surrounded by interesting food and entertainment establishments, within short walking distance. Hotel is clean and cosy. Air-conditioning is cool to have a good night rest. Bathroom is small but perfectly functional. Staff is friendly and check-in and out with hassle-free.

Walls are thin and soundproofing is not good. Am able to hear human generated noise coming from the corridor and tv sound from next-door rooms.

The location is suitably located at Mount Austin with nearby restaurants and pet cafes. The water dispenser at the lobby area is appreciated. The Jaya Grocer supermarket is nearer Midori Concept Hotel than other accommodation options.

The walls are rather thin, and so we could near the late night conversations from the neighbouring room. I suppose this could happen anywhere if other guests are loud.

Feels like a fairly new hotel. Most of the stuff looks fresh and there is a guard at night looking after the cars in front of the hotel, so extra security. To be honest the location is not bad too - 5 mins walk to the mount Austin main area.

I actually saw eyelid stickers stuck on the shower room wall so there's room for improvement for cleanliness check. Do check out their prices for direct booking with the hotels, it might be cheaper.

The design concept of the interior. So much details to enhance the stay had been provided. The common area with sufficient facilities to heat up food, washing basin, comfy seating.

So far was satisfied. No further comment on this.

Short 2d1n trip to JB.. location not as crowded as compared to KSL/holiday villa side. Park your vehicle with ease, their are hotel lots (subjected to availability) with security at night overlooking. Near a lot of legit massage areas.

Common as other JB hotels... not very clean, still have the musty smell, but after aircon on for couple hrs, it is ok.

Stay for 6 night. Clean room, bed and pillow comfy. With working desk , fridge, safety locker. Suitable for business trip.

Kids running in walkway for hours and no stuff stop them. soundproof not good. Some stuff is helpful, some doesn't even want to answer you. Just no hotel parking and need buy coupons. Every morning there will be local officer checking and summon who does put parking ticket in the morning. Despite all this still recommended.
