The breakfast was good, generous portions and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful, very observant of our needs. The beds, bathroom and amenities were fantastic. Many entertaining activities around the hotel and food variety has many choices. Really value for the money, will want to stay again.

No complaints, everything was fine, except that the water pressure for the shower could be a little bit stronger and the shampoo & bathing foam can improve on the quality, very difficult to lather and don't feel really clean after showering.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The house services staff responded promptly for requests for additional towers or bottled water.

I'd strongly suggest the catering department to consider revamping the breakfast menu to make it more varieties and "exciting" like adding in seasonal flavors. For instance, the breakfast on Hari Raya Aidifitri was the same as normal day. It'd be nice to impress the diners with some surprises.

Spacious and clean room. Location convenient to restaurants, salons, supermarkets etc.

Wifi password given to us at check-in in the afternoon. When we reach our room and tried to log-in, it was not working. We went back to front desk to check, they said it’s not their fault as the wifi was already not working since the morning and there’s nothing they can do. This detail came just be shared with us in the first place, why make your guest frustrated with the fail and then only explain when they complain?

The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Breakfast was decent with a variety of hot and cold options. The pastries and fruits were fresh, but the hot food lacked flavor. Coffee was just okay. It gets crowded after 8:00 am, so go early if you want a seat. Excellent location— close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Easy to get around both on foot .

* Breakfast needs improvement. Porridge and soft boiled eggs are completely cold. Soft boil eggs are too raw. Instead of plain water, you may want to drop a few slices of lemon into the water. Will not opt for breakfast as there are better food outside the hotel. * Water pressure is too low for the shower. Water from the shower can be too hot. Need to test out the temperature before showering.

Apart from the traffic, the location was great! The rooms were spacious, clean and bedding comfortable. The buffet breakfast spread was reasonably good and varied. The hotel was very spacious at all its functional spaces. I was surprises to see a mini water theme park next to the Hotel!

1.The fried chicken during breakfast looked cooked outside but was undercooked, still could see the seasoning residue. 2. Wish there was Queeen sized bedding option. 3. Perhaps extra floor mat for bathroom. 4. The towels and floor mat could have been fresher and softer 5.The floor mat was quite worn off.

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. It is very near to Austin Water and Adventure Park and good food! There is a well stocked supermarket and a Mr DIY shop just at the Ground Floor. There is also a popular dessert shop and cafe as well. Also can refill water at their water dispensers.

No hand soap provided so we had to buy one for our stay. The WiFi is kind of slow although bearable. Strangely they said need password to login but we can only use the Free WiFi. Breakfast is simple with few varieties but able to fill stomach. For those who wants to go Austin Waterpark, do note they are closed on Tue and Wed. we wanted to go on Monday but rained so they close but we were not aware that they close on the following 2 days. Their website did not even mention the closure dates and their posters and even the signage at counter said opened daily.

Breakfast provided, and the breakfast is not bad. Convenient, many cafe, food restaurants around and Jaya Grocer at the same building.

The Hotel Pillow is not soft, not comfortable to sleep, and it only provide one pillow for each bed, normally for others hotel I stayed did provide 2 pillow for each bed.

The location was good with many F&B withing walking distance. The breakfast doesn't offer much choice but it's still OK. The room setup was good for short meetings and work. Will definitely come back again as it is very convenient both for work and relax.

The only down side during my stay was the lift wasn't working. I am sure the management didn't want this to happen and it is understandable when there is a technical glitch

location was alright. Room was very big and comfortable. Near to all the malls and restaurants that I want to visit at Mt Austin area, which is great!

Facilities is a bit old but it's ok People setting up fireworks nearby the area, which disrupted my family's sleep but I know it's not within the Hotel's control, would probably book during non-peak/ non-public holiday periods
