Location is near to many entries. Quite a few lok lok van stalls open nearby at night till early morning 4am. Room is clean, bed is comfy enough. Shower pressure is decent. Aircon is cold and strong. Price is very affordable. Book a family room so the size is very comfortable.

The long white mazy corridors doesn't give a good vibes. Parking is on public road side. Charges with MBJB, Mon to Sat 8am to 6pm. Plenty of cars even at night if that make u feel safer your car will be ok among the crowds. There are 2 prices for the same room in the app, and I couldn't find any differences. When checkin, ask the counter staff and he doesn't know as well. Should have just choose the cheaper one.

We stayed for three nights during the Luna New Year peroid. It was our third time staying at this hotel. The location is considered good. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. We were pleased to be given the same room as last year, which is excellent. Eateries and shops are located on the ground level next to the hotel. For those who are vegan, Fang Yuan and Chef Recipe restaurants offer vegan and vegetarian menus to choose from.

To nitpick. The remote controller for the air-con can be confusing for those who rarely use it. The sound insulation is weak. I can hear people speaking in the next room sometimes.

The bath towel is very white and clean. The room is clean despite not spacious. I like the ironing station & the iron too.

I stayed at rm 236,the passage way is narrow, suggest to put the table next to the toilet and make a shelf to put the coffee, tea and other stuff on it. Suggest to have 4 pillows instead of 2 The room aircon need to be checked cos it will cut off by itself and suddenly feel warm.

Everything was good w the facilities, staff were excellent and premises were v clean and proper.

Main issue was the walls were abit thin, soundproofing is an issue. Can hear rowdy guests late at night/early morning. Wall tiles in toilet were cracked and no partition between shower and toilet area, but not really an issue.

Staff was polite & Efficient. Helped to store baggage while we ate lunch after checkout Very good location. Many food spots and KTV around.

Couldn’t get Hot Water! ); Water heater not very strong. Water was lukewarm. Couldn’t get hot water even on highest setting.

Love the location right in middle of Austin. Pub next door n lots of eatery ktv etc. Lots of paid parking just outside hotel. Toiletry, linen provided

Will be bonus if comes with good view. But it's only a night so it's not a big issue

Room is basic and small but comfortable. Situated in Mount Austin, tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. Good Wifi.

Personally didn't like the toilet that much as there's is no separated wet and dry area. It's a city hotel, not much of a view outside.

The location is near to many restaurants. Family room is big, worth the price. The queen room in this hotel is too small. i need to jump over the bed frame to reach the table, it's very inconvenient. Many pillows.

The toothbrush is small. no slipper.

- Night club around. This area is crowded at night. Still can hear a loud music if you stay at first floor because the room is not fully sound proof. Also you can hear other room plugging their plug. - Parking problem at night, In case you out for dinner. - The bathroom is smelly, because the fan problem.

It was nice and comfortable. Plus the reception area has huge teddy bears!

The room's walls are not particularly thick, so we could hear noise from outside and from the corridor. Another thing is the parking. Since this hotel is in a commercial district, be prepared to fight for your parking space with other people heading to restaurants and cafes around the area.
