Great value for money. Safe area. Clean spacious room and a few minutes walk from Aeon Tebrau which is super convenient because the mall has everything! Even offers late checkout at 12pm.

For this price, nothing to complain about. Would totally stay here again next time. I did notice from another review that the emergency exit doors are indeed locked so just gotta pray and hope that there’s no fire during your stay 🤪

The staff were very friendly. The facilities in the room were working fine and the amenities were adequate. Although rated as a 2 stars hotel, we had a more comfortable and restful experience compared with some 3 stars rated hotel.

The walls are rather thin so noises from other rooms, especially with small children, can be heard.

This is my second time staying at JS hotel. We love the convenient location (right next to AEON Tebrau and Toppen Mall), it's clean and perfect for a family/couple stay, really affordable and they have their own cat! We weren't expecting room service since we were only staying for 2nights, but they still provided it for us anyways. Really kind and friendly owners.

Can't really think of anything I didn't like! Just take note that there isn't a lift there so do be prepared to climb a flight of stairs if you're bringing a luggage.

Staff are polite and helpful. Room is clean, Location is walking distance to aeon tebrau. Family room can accommodate 4 adult & 2 children. Free open space carpark right outside hotel.

No elevator, need to carry luggage to level 2.

Staff friendly and helpful, she is initiative to help us to carry out the luggage to upstairs although we're not request for helping. Room is clean and spacious. Value for money. We will come back again.

Easy Check In , Location is good. Can just walk behind to Aeon and near to Toppen plus the Ramadhan Bazaar.

No door stopper to keep door open when bringing in/out stuffs. Basic channels on TV.

Strategic location. Near to IKEA, Toppen Shopping Mall, AEON and Lotus's.

The water pressure of the toilet flush is quite low and there's a limited parking space in front of the hotel.

Immediate vicinity was quiet and a bit dim. Path to AEON Tebrau through its basement carpark which was a bit quiet at night.

Location and price. Simple hotel that meets the needs. Staff are friendly.

No lift to 2nd floor. So make sure not to bring along big and heavy luggages.
