I would give 9 ⭐ to the staffs. They were super polite & helpful. Basic amenities provided. Location wise just ok, as the hotel is surrounded with car workshops, for Muslims, need to take a few mins drive to look for food as the place is full with non halal rest. Smart tv worked well and wifi is strong.

The view. Our room was facing a fruit market and it was full of rubbish. So we didn't bother to open the curtains at all. Water pressure not so good unlike the hose & sink ( very powerful 😆) Room phone wasn't working at all although we have already reported twice. No hairdryer as well. The plug points, light switch are not really convenient since it's mounted right behind the pillows on double bed. The phone cable was broken but still connected to the wall behind us. Safety wise, not so safe. Please fix that. No breakfast provided but its not an issue for us. Overall for a short stay 3days 2nights to Legoland. This hotel is perfect.

All receptionists we met were exceptionally nice; the location is close to all major malls in JB (Paradigm, Sutera, AEON Bukit Indah); facilities were amazing - AC notably clean, and it has a smart TV we were not expecting. That and the Wi-Fi was so fast.

Although the toilet was really clean, it's quite tight space and the screen from the bed is quite see through if you don't manage the room's lights.

The location was convenient and close to many local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, especially the bathroom. It would also be nice to have better soundproofing as the hallway noise was quite noticeable.

I not having the breakfast there. But the Shop around this Hotel got shop available having the Nice and delicious breakfast can be choose.

Parking area limited sometime must Illegal park.

I like the lobby interior, very cheerful and beautiful despite its just shoplot hotel. Everything was ok, the bed, the bathroom, the location. All was great. A very good hotel for short trip to Jb

Fuss free check in and out. Front office staffs are super friendly. Very convenient to eatery and easy accessibility. Keep up guys..
