The house is clean and comfortable. With the necessary items needed esp the kitchen. And I do love the soft carpet in the living room. Owner is responsive with clear instructions for check in too, which is an ease for us. There's lots of facilities as well with a swimming pool which is good for a proper swim. There's also children playground and other facilities which we have yet to explore. Will definitely come back again.

it would be good if extra set of towel is given for swimming purposes and side table beside the bed.

My partner and I enjoyed 2D1N trips in this serene and spacious apartment. We loved how the ample room allowed us to play games comfortably on the floor, making it a perfect retreat for our short stay.

While the apartment's location is excellent, the multiple security doors and the need for constant card access were a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the slow and often crowded elevator was a slight drawback, though these were minor compared to the overall quality of the stay.

Great location. Close to restaurants, spa and massage parlours. Right next to a big shopping mall as well. The residence guards were extremely helpful in showing the way during check in and around the facilities. The swimming pool and gym had very few people so we basically had the place for ourselves.

Nothing to dislike. Maybe supply few more floor mats.

Early check in was a bonus. Staff was very helpful and response was quick. There were no problems with the check in process. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. My second stay with the Luxe Team and my family feels very comfortable at this place. We will avoid the other unfamiliar landlords in the future. DO NOT BOOK WITH COZY #1 Aeon !!!!!!!

Location is good, walking distance to aeon mall, 12 min drive to legoland. Condo and unit look a bit old, cleaness is fair. while two rooms have a good size with aircon, the other one room is very small, can just fit in a mattress, and without aircon, which is a bit disappointing...

The apartment is so spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra room.

There’s not much to say, and I don’t think of anything negative. Maybe having Netflix would be a nice addition.

location is very near to shopping mall just 10 min walk room is quiet, basically I did not see anyone else in the same floor. The apartment is very big and clean, good view and 3 units air-con (2 bedrooms + 1 livingroom)are working well. I was given 1 access card but I feel this was not enough for 4 guest, so I request 1 additional, the staff is responsive he send it to me within 5 min at my apartment

only 1 lift is working, as my level is 31st floor so the waiting time may take longer. common toilet do not have a dry/glass panel to place toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash in result I have to place everything on the basin top, everythings get wet when I washed my face :(

Convienent location with good view and experienced a magnificent fireworks right in front of the apartment. Staff is efficent and attentive.

We booked 2 apartments, one is slighly bigger that is clean and nice. Whereas the smaller one which is at level 26 looks a bit old and run down with some fixtures came off. Will return for the big and nice apartment but not the small one.

Most of the things are ok. Location is great. Huge room. Good view. Balcony is great for morning or late night snacks. Room is clean with all basic necessities. Mall is nearby so we can choose either to dine out or buy stuff to cook our meals. Staff is very responsive.

Make sure to bring toiletries [toothbrush , etc]. If you are a fan of rice, make sure you can improvise as rice cooker is not available. They do have other stuffs for cooking.

Great location near the Aeon mall. My unit was on the 28th floor with an amazing north-facing view of the town, can even see as far as Paradigm Mall and Gunung Pulai. The suite is spacious and clean, with many amenities including ironing board, fridge, hair dryer, electric kettle and washing machine etc. Excellent service by the staff.

The balcony glass door latch and master bedroom door handle are slightly stuck. The TV system has limited channels and functions. The unit faces a noisy highway; to reduce the noise you can close the bathroom window.
