I like how accommodating the staff and how convenient the hotel. Easy access within the area, there are restau just around the corner, convenient store I guess (Mr. DIY) is jus next the restau, and a lot of delicious foods around it that can meet your taste. And also there is park nearby.

Maybe it's just me. or maybe because I booked a room without a window. So, first time I entered the room there is something weird smell, I can't be specific it like chemical or is it just the room didn't expose direct from the sunlight.

location was good. lotus mall , aeon mall , other shops was all walking distance. bed was very comfortable... water heater was really nice.. wi-fi connection was really good even for a 3rd floor room.

tv channels was so limited.only 5 singapore channels. my room was so near the lift which was really noisy.. the most disappointing part was the fridge.. it was not even cold.. i wanted to buy drinks and leave them inside to drink later but it was not cold. no drinking water was also provided in the room.

Location is very good. Accessible to food places and Aeon Mall Bt Indah.

Bed sheets, blanket and pillow slips could be newer or cleaner

Easy to find food nearby. Tea garden besides hotel is good & halal.

Can hear noise sometimes outside room, but still fine..

I like the facilities prepared by the hotel and also very cornfort

I didn't like the staff..not all staff but some of them serve us with their serious face and not smile, not friendly... I dont know why...maybe the face is like that or what..talk to us with slowly voice and when i ask at the second time, i saw her face was very serious. so i think maybe she angry....lastly, my advice please respect your customer..if you have a problem please try to control your emotion...thank you.

Staff are friendly and have security to take care of the cars. Condition of the room meet the expectation with the amount paid.

Noise-proof may be need improvement but overall the noise are not very loud.

The jacuzzi was awsome but had problems with the water heater and the jacuzzi was leaking abit at the side. Place was very convinient very near to the shopping mall, petrol station and alot of restraunts. Night secuirity was always there so we know that our cars will be safe. If we were to come back we would only come back cause of the jacuzzi. Lol

When we first checked in there were alot of used tissues here and there at both rooms and toilet. Trash has not been cleared out upon our arrival. Staff was not very friendly. They seems like they were in no mood to work. Not even a smile from any of the staff throughout our stay there. The pillows there looks as if its quite old and the fabrics is coming out abit. No breakfast at the hotel too so we had to go out of the hotel for breakfast. Outside our room there were alot of dirty sheets on the floor and it will be there for hours we know because we went out it was there and a few hours after we came back its still there.

The hotel is located near to Aeon Bukit Indah. Nice, neat and clean hotel. The room is considered big comparing to other hotels. Love the light switches as there are more option on the lighting. Noticed quite alot of families staying. Only concern for us is the car have to park at the public area. Good stay and will definitely go back.

Morning can be abit noisy when the staff is doing house cleaning. Can hear the bangs and knocks and speaking.

this is second time my family stayed in geobay hotel. they preferred this hotel! this time we took 4 rooms

the access of the lift! we came in group and book few rooms .. and had different level. we cannot go to other level by lift.. need to use stairs instead .

I forgot to claim my deposited RM100. I called the hotel the next day and informed me that the money will be kept for 3 months, and if not collected by then, the money will be gone. The hotel just kept quite about the deposited RM100 during I checked out. The hotel should sincerely remind me of the deposit money.
