This is my 3rd time staying in Granada JB. Love this hotel because there is a spa in the hotel. Room and bed is clean.. staff are all very friendly. Ample space for car n motorcycle parking just tap your touch n go and the staff will help you validate once you check out. Also there is a mall opposite of Granada JB. Also there are a lot of f&b nearby. And McDonald is next to it and it is 24hrs. And also Decathlon coming up soon in the mall opposite and it is 24hrs also. Love this hotel. Will definitely come again.. thank you Hotel Granada JB. Sorry i did not any photo as this is my 3rd time there.

The hotel is near a shopping mall. And also there is restaurant, fast food outlet nearby. Also there are a few massage spa nearby too. Private parking for cars and motorbike is at the basement. You need the touch and go card to tap but need not pay if u are the hotel guest. Breakfast spread is not much but enough for the travellers to fill their tummy before heading to their next destination. This is my 2nd time at Granada Hotel JB and this 2nd time my husband and i do a massage at a massage spa in the hotel. The name is Ayu Borneo Wellness Centre.. love the massage spa and Granada Hotel JB.. will make it as a monthly visit for my husband and me and to do a massage too.

The convenience of the hotel . Very easy access to Aeon and other massage centers. The room size is quite ok and the bedsheets are clean . Nice 👍 one. The breakfast was a buffet and we loved it very much . Simplicity is the best.

Maybe.... the pool was closed and the window was broken once we checked in but the front desk was prompt enough to assist us come to room changing.

location wise is good distance, within the proximity to other places to eat, convenient shops, etc. and the room is comfy; breakfast is good but not so much of a variety or wide options to choose from

breakfast is not variety, curious that the air conditioner in lobby/ ground floor was not functioning, sort of stuffier in ground level area.

Convenient near Aeon Mall and bus stop from SG causeway link. There is also Socar in the hotel parking.

Breakfast replenish of items could be better. We had to ask to top up rather than staff looking into what was lacking and auto top up. Gym and swimming pool is outside the hotel lobby at G floor which kind of inconvenience.

Fantastic view of the town from almost every room, because most buildings nearby were much shorter than this hotel. Buffet breakfast was nice and had a good variety. There was a salad bar with very fresh veggies too. Best surprise was the coffee at the buffet it had enough flavour (not just the kind with colour n no taste). Hotel is closely located to McDonald's and Burger King. The mall, Aeon Bukit Indah, just a short walk away across the road. There are many shophouses to explore around the hotel, with eateries. Loads of massage parlours and foot reflexology services in the vicinity. My family tried out the hotel's Thai massage and Oil massage service too, and it turned out really authentic and good! It is just slightly more expensive than the options outisde the hotel. The Thai masseurs had fun "folding" us around, but were still attentive and kept checking if the pressure was OK.

Check in process was slightly slow, took about 20mins to go through our check in process (booked 2 rooms). We arrived during off peak hour at 5pm on Friday. 1 trainer was coaching 3 trainers. No bellhop or staff offered help with unloading our luggages at the front lobby, although there were 5-6 staff at the frontdesk. Rooms on the lower floors may be susceptible to traffic noise. One of our window could not be properly shut so we could hear the traffic. Curtains were thin n let in a lot of light, even at night. Toilet floor for both rooms were very slippery when wet. Just minor issues.. Overall stay was very pleasant n breakfast was good, it exceeded our expectations and we would still recommend the hotel & and stay here again.

The location is convenient and easy to find. There are underground and open air car park to pack the car. Front desk customer service is friendly and patient to answer question. The lobby toilet is clean.

Location is excellent. Cross the road is Aoen. Next to it got Macdonald and BK. Closs proximity to lot of restaurants. Parking available in its property.

Aircon at lobby and cafe seem not working or they are saving cost...

Spa - the spa very comforting and relaxing Breakfast buffet not too bad

Hotel location not exactly close to the street nor bus stop - still some distance away to walk, especially hard when it is raining and carrying luggage

Room service is not as good as it has to be.blanket was so dirty. housekeeper change sheet and cover only but blanket was not changed.it need to be changed immediately.please check and change the blanket of room no.606.i wrote note to the housekeeper also blanket was same.they told me no have things.please check and change it.
